We are here for you throughout all the months of planning regardless of the package you book with us. With years of first hand experience with local leading pros, you will have access to our highly vetted vendor referrals and planning resources. From your rehearsal through the end of the night, we are there so you and your friends & family can fully be present and enjoy the day!

Best decision ever
I can’t believe we ever thought we could get away with making our wedding day come to life without Veronica…. We were lucky enough to work with Veronica as our day-of-coordinator, and it was truly the best decision we could have made! We had several check-ins leading up to the big day and we felt like our wedding was in great hands. She was incredibly responsive, thorough, and organized. Veronica coordinated timelines and logistics with all our vendors and helped our event run smoothly so we could focus on having fun and spending time with family and friends. She worked with us on our vision for the day and made it all happen seamlessly. We truly cannot thank Veronica Rose Planning enough - forever grateful!!

Can't imagine the day without her
Having Veronica Rose as our month-of coordinator felt absolutely essential. She took all of our plans, ideas, vendors, family members, and moving pieces and somehow made everything come together flawlessly. The day could not have gone smoother. My fiancé (now husband!) and I are both pretty organized, planning-oriented people, but there is just no substitute for having someone whose sole focus is making sure everything is happening when and where it needs to, especially while you’re off actually enjoying your wedding. Veronica’s organization and professionalism kept everything running on time, and she somehow managed to corral our families and keep everyone moving in the right direction without it ever feeling intrusive or stressful. Her help also went well beyond the wedding day itself. Veronica joined vendor meetings in the months leading up to the wedding, helped us navigate tastings and vendor communications, and pulled together the timeline across all of our vendors so everyone knew exactly what was happening. Her team was exceptional; the centerpieces and details they set up were beautiful, and we never once felt like we needed to check in or worry about what was happening behind the scenes. We got to be completely present and celebrate because we knew she had it handled. On top of all of that, she is just a genuinely lovely person and someone you’re happy to have around on such an important day. We truly cannot thank Veronica and her team enough!

Flawless support and execution
I truly do not think we have the proper words to accurately describe how excellent Veronica and her team are at planning and coordinating. To start not once during our wedding did we wonder if X or Y was happening due to confidence we had in Veronica. Not only did she run a tight ship she also made us feel so at ease, was inclusive. She understood and completely protected our vision and our time. As I can sometimes be someone with serious control issues I never thought in a million years we would find someone who would bring this level of peace to a most special day and process. HUGE thanks and endless gratitude to Veronica and her team. Absolutly don't think twice about hiring them!

Veronica is the best!
Hiring Veronica as our planner was hands-down the best wedding planning decision we made. Her vendor suggestions both saved us a ton of money and pointed us in the direction of exactly what we wanted - great people who made our day beautiful and fun. She was great at sharing her expertise about what makes a good wedding without being prescriptive about traditions. Overall, Veronica kept us on track throughout the planning process, ran a super helpful rehearsal, and was such a legend on the day of our wedding. Her expertise allowed us to relax and enjoy the process, knowing she had everything handled. Veronica was also fun to hang out with, which was so important on such a big day.

We 1000% recommend Veronica Rose Wedding & Event Planning! After working with Amy as our Lead Planner we are so glad we chose to book with the Veronica Rose team for our wedding. Amy was kind, patient, friendly to our family and friends, organized, knowledgable, and professional. From rehearsal, to setup, to take down, our wedding day felt perfectly smooth and anything we needed a solution for, Amy was ready. She coordinated wonderfully with our vendors and wedding party.
