I had the opportunity to work with Heidi to plan a wedding shower for her sister. She has a gift for providing that perfect blend of organization and unique creative touches to design a space that is both aesthetically pleasing as well as functional. She also provided an impressive list of activity options that honored her sister and allowed the guests to have a memorable and meaningful time together. From a photo booth to capture memories, a scrapbooking session to preserve them, and a donut bar?….Yes, please! We had a lovely time, and I think her sister left feeling filled up. I highly recommend Heidi to plan your next event!

Just the Help We Needed

Heidi is amazing! She helped to throw our baby shower and it was a beautiful day! Heidi was so organized; she even helped us keep track of gifts so we could send thank you’s! The decorations were so cute and fun (each guest received seeds to take home-so fun!) and the day was designed so thoughtfully, from the menu to the activities. We’d highly recommend Heidi for any event you need help with!

My husband and I got married last year in November of 2025 and if it weren’t for Heidi and her organization figuring out all the details we would never have pulled off a wedding for over 300 guests in 3 months. We had a very short engagement and from day one Heidi was on the lookout for the perfect venue with the criteria we needed, finding a photographer, and planning a potluck dinner.
