PS I love you was founded by Peyton and Savannah Waggoner. They started by making homecoming mums and other arrangements for life milestones and grew into wedding planning by helping family and friends. They have now dedicated resources to make sure everyone has their special day as they envisioned whether that be weddings, business events, birthdays, and more!

We at PS I love you are a group of seasoned specialists, passionate about curating unforgettable experiences that inspire.     We have to Fire this wedding planner, Savannah, 2-3 weeks prior to our wedding for plenty of reasons. You can check-out the attach screenshots of their responses towards us. UNPROFESSIONAL, INEXPERIENCED, BEYOND EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE I typically do not waste my time writing a review, but I do want to ADVOCATE on behalf of future brides in Texas, especially DFW area, cause this planners do not deserve to be in the business. Let’s break it down. UNPROFESSIONALISM During our online meeting, you can hear dogs barking, cats meowing, periodically EVERY single time whenever we have a meeting. I understand that once, twice, or thrice this may happen, but it was consistent in a very DISTRACTFUL way. If you really respect your clients, you should be aware of these things. A professional team cares about the environment during the exchange of conversation and Savannah, the owner does not care at all. They made us feel that they are also doing this on purpose Savannah, the planner, KEEPS GETTING BEHIND the task, in fact, she admitted that she will be more diligent regarding the wedding tasks. Also, It is very understandable that people are humans and they commit mistakes; however, they REPEATEDLY FORGETTING about the date of the wedding EACH time we have meeting shows lack of attention to details and disrespect. It shows that you are not prepared, you do not seem to care to those details, and you treat the client just like ordinary like other client. If you are their client, how would you feel if they did this to you? If you are paying more than 2,500, for a full wedding planning service, No one deserves to be mistreated this way. Including FORGETTING the date of your wedding day each time, DISTRACTFUL pets noises EVERY single meeting. INTEGRITY During interview process, we always consider our criterias making sure that the planner is the best suited for our wedding. We did not want a planner that is fully booked and has a back to back schedule. This is really crucial for us and we emphasized this prior to hiring. Savannah, LIED to us. PLEASE SEE THE SCREENSHOT of her message to us. Mind y’all, this response of her telling us that they have wedding to do back to back was sent 3 weeks before our wedding day. She has so many excuses of not getting tasks done timely. She told us they have wedding yesterday, tomorrow, etc.. that is why they respond late. They told us during interview and hiring process that they do this full time and they do not accept bookings to avoid overload and they COMPLETELY did the opposite. Now, they are telling us they forgot to do things for our wedding due to their busy schedule. If you are doing a business like this, you are completely ACCOUNTABLE for the task needed to be done. During the entire wedding planning process, I, the bride was the one searching for vendors. I have to tell Savannah, EVERYTHING, Who to e-mail, what to e-mail, and when, so Might as well be your own wedding planner. Again, future brides, I wanted you to have the best experience and not go through this. Remember that a tree of banana will not grow an apple. What I’m trying to explain is all these comments are purely true and It will not occur if this was not done to us.

    Loved working with the PS I Love You team. Unfortunately my wedding day had a few hiccups (at no fault of PS I Love You) and they handled it all with such grace. Truly wonderful to work with. Thank you thank you thank you!
