    Once Upon a Wedding Planner & Officiant was absolutely fantastic to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was efficient, detailed, and they were readily available to answer any questions we had throughout the planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was top-tier - a solid 10/10. Our wedding planner made sure that everything was taken care of and that the day ran smoothly from start to finish. She was also our officiant and did a wonderful job leading our ceremony - she was truly fantastic in every way. We can't recommend Once Upon a Wedding Planner & Officiant highly enough to any couple planning their wedding.

    got married April 27, 2024 and hired Amber as a partial planner back in the fall of 2023. My (now) husband and I knew we wanted to be very involved in the planning process but we needed help. We didn't know what we didn't know! Amber was there right away scheduling weekly meetings with us, keeping our budget on track, and helping us read contracts and understand what we were paying for (and not paying for). She helped us remember all of the little details you could never know if you hadn't planned a wedding before. Despite all of our own research and organization, we needed Amber's expertise! Even with her vast knowledge and experience, Amber always gave advice without imposing her opinions. She always made it clear that this was our wedding, and we could do whatever we wanted. It was so nice to have her help us make decisions! Planning a wedding is a super confusing process and I know for a fact that our day wouldn't have been half as perfect without Amber there to help us plan and then execute as a day of coordinator with her team. We especially appreciated Melody who kept drinks (water or alcoholic) in our hands all night. She saw me throw my shoes under a table and immediately ran over to put them in my suite and bring me my flats. It's like they were reading our minds all night, always one step ahead of us. It has been a few weeks since my wedding, and as great as my photographer was, we only got 3 photos as our "sneak peek". Understandable that my photographer needs time, but Amber has saved the day even after the day of by posting moments from through out the day on this page! She was amazing at every turn! 10000/10 worth every penny!
