I really believe that food and family go hand in hand. Growing up there was always appreciation around food and who made the food. Food brings cultures and families together. I enjoy seeing the smile on the client’s face when they have that moment of realization and appreciation for what the chef has created for them.

What sets me apart from other caterers is I do not have a menu. I do not believe in just giving everyone the option of 10 items to choose from. I believe that every client’s menu should be specialty made for them and their guests.
