Month-of Coordination is designed for couples who have planned most of their wedding themselves but want a professional to step in and manage all the final details. About 12 weeks before your wedding, I take over vendor communication, build your timeline, coordinate logistics, and ensure everything runs smoothly on the wedding day so you can relax and be fully present.

    A Stress-Free Wedding Day

    Abby with Evermore Events was truly incredible as our day-of coordinator. From the very beginning, she was so fun and easy to work with, and she immediately made me feel at ease about the entire wedding day. Her services included running our rehearsal and managing the full wedding day from start to finish. She set up all of my DIY decor beautifully and handled every detail with so much care and precision. She also dealt with some less-than-ideal vendors without me ever having to worry or even know there was an issue in the moment. As someone who struggles with anxiety, having Abby there was invaluable. She made the entire day feel stress-free and calm, and I truly got to be present and enjoy every moment. She helped build out our timeline, asked all the right questions, and executed every detail perfectly. Our day was more perfect than I could have ever imagined, and I can’t recommend Evermore Events and Abby enough!
