Our Month-Of Coordination Service ensures your wedding day runs smoothly. We step in 4–6 weeks before your wedding to finalize details, confirm vendors, and create a day-of timeline. On your big day, we manage logistics and handle any last-minute needs, so you can relax and focus on celebrating. It’s the perfect way to enjoy a stress-free wedding while leaving the details to us!

Our Event Design Service transforms your vision into a stunning reality. From concept development to final execution, we craft a cohesive aesthetic tailored to your style. We provide mood boards, color palettes, and detailed design plans, incorporating decor, florals, lighting, and more. Yes, we do! Our services are a la carte which allows us to help you with all aspects of your wedding including showers, rehearsal, brunch, etc.
As much as we love creating stunning weddings, we limit the number we take on in a single day/weekend to ensure quality and attention to detail. For large weddings requiring our full team, we focus on one event. Each wedding is assigned a senior stylist and team leader to oversee setup, installation, and styling, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Even with multiple events in a weekend, our dedicated teams ensure every wedding is executed flawlessly, with regular communication and inspections throughout the day.
Events and weddings are created based on your vision. Set up a design consultation with us; this is where we’ll talk a lot, do some listening, and draw. At the end of this session, a proposal is prepared for your consideration and approval, and from there, we will put together a contract.
Once the boring paperwork is signed off and depending on the services requested, a 20% -50% deposit is required to save the date for you. The final payment is due within (3) weeks prior to the event. We offer payment installments as well to alleviate the lump sum.
We do not have any contract minimums, allowing you to choose services that best fit your needs. However, specific scenarios, such as large-scale events or extended travel, may require a minimum commitment.
Our design process begins with getting to know your vision and style. We create a personalized mood board, detailed floor plan, followed by 2D/3D mockups to bring your ideas to life. After finalizing the design, we handle all logistics, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly on your big day. From concept to completion, we’re with you every step of the way to create a truly unforgettable event.
Our rental process is simple and seamless. First, we discuss your needs and event vision to recommend the perfect items from our extensive collection. Once you’ve selected your rentals, we provide a detailed quote and finalize your order. We handle all logistics, including delivery, setup, and breakdown, ensuring everything is in place and ready for your event. With a focus on quality and service, we make sure your rental experience is stress-free and your event is perfectly outfitted.
