Sound Love Audio DJ Entertainment & Uplighting is owned and operated by Collin Bischoff. In addition to DJing, Collin is also certified to officiate weddings, and has experience as an officiant. Sound Love Audio DJ Entertainment & Uplighting is a LGBTQ friendly business that believes strongly in marriage equality.

We're so glad we booked Sound Love!
Chippy and his team were wonderful to work with for our 9/13/25 wedding from start to finish. We heard from many guests that they loved how he read the room and kept the vibes flowing. He did a great job MCing, got everyone on the dance floor from the start, and made sure the songs we requested fit seamlessly into the evening. We were also very grateful that he was well-equipped to handle our outdoor ceremony with live musicians and speakers, and then move things indoors for our reception. He truly made sure we were set to go for the day and that we didn't have to worry about a thing when it came to sound/lighting/photobooth. The Wi-Fi went out at our venue, and we honestly had no idea because Sound Love was ready for anything. We also want to give a shoutout to his assistant Kelsee, for being there for us throughout the evening for whatever we needed! Any time it looked like we needed something (even if it wasn't related to music/the photo booth) she helped us find what we needed with a smile. We are so glad we booked Sound Love!
Sweet 16
We hired DJ Chippy (Collin) for our daughter's sweet 16, and while he typically does weddings, he absolutely crushed it with a room full of high schoolers. High schoolers can be a tough crowd, but he kept the dance floor packed all night, seamlessly took requests, and had an incredible sense of how to read the room and keep the energy going. Not every DJ can pivot from their usual gigs and connect with a totally different audience, but Collin made it look effortless. The kids had an amazing time, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend whether you're planning a wedding or a milestone party!

Sound Love Audio DJ Entertainment & Uplighting 10000/10: DJ Chippy was everything. From our first meeting with him it was clear he is truly passionate about his craft and it shows through his work. He is so dedicated that he was willing to work on his birthday and celebrate with us! We heavily researched our vendors prior to booking and truly his reviews speak for themselves. He is flexible and is willing to do whatever is needed to keep the day running smoothly. The app which helped us organize our music choices and add music on the fly throughout our planning process was so helpful. We were able to create a playlist and add specialty songs over time which helped prevent the last minute stressing. DJ Chippy was a flawless MC and kept the party going during dancing. Our guests loved the Photobooth provided by Collin. He works seamlessly with The Bucyrus Club staff which is essential when coordinating vendors. We am so thankful we found DJ Chippy and we would highly highly recommend him to anyone needing DJ for any event!
DJ of the Woods
Where do we even start! From the very first email, Colin was such a calming and supportive presence throughout the whole wedding planning process. Anytime I had a question or worry (which I had a few), he was right there with reassurance and quick answers - even when I’d email him late at night, he somehow would respond within minutes! That kind of responsiveness and care meant so much to us, especially in the week leading up to the wedding with things get hectic. He went above and beyond for our rehearsal, helping us run through every detail and setting up mics and speakers so efficiently that everything flowed seamlessly. It gave us such a peace of mind knowing he had everything under control. On the wedding day, Colin handled two complete sound setups - his wireless one for our outdoor ceremony and his main for the reception - and both were absolutely flawless! The sound quality was perfect the entire day; guests could hear every word of our ceremony and every speech crystal clear. There wasn’t a single hiccup. Then came one of the biggest surprises of the night - cold sparks! Colin and my husband had planned them without me knowing, and it was truly one of my favorite parts of the evening. It made our first dance feel straight out of a movie and the photos from that moment are unreal. If anyone is on the fence about adding cold sparks - DO IT! You won’t regret it. The Photo Booth was a huge hit with our guests! Colin recently upgraded with a printer which people were obsessed with being able to take home their photos (a little built in favor). It kept guests entertained all night long and added such a fun, interactive element to our reception. What really stood out though, was how Colin and his wife (who was his wonderful assistant that day) made everything so personal. They were professional yet warm, blending right into the crowd and truly feeling like family celebrating alongside us. Colin kept the energy flowing, a smooth timeline, and the dance floor full all night long. Looking back, we can’t imagine our day without Sound Love. Colin helped make everything easy, stress-free, and so much fun. We are endlessly grateful we chose him and will always recommended Sound Love to EVERY couple looking for a DJ who genuinely cares, listens, and delivers beyond expectations.
