It’s a pretty cool/weird thing when your hobby becomes your job, so I feel like I am still working on being a more well rounded human hobby-wise. I love hiking with my pup Tucker, bringing my hammock to the park with a good book, finding cool events happening in the city, making homemade milkshakes(you haven’t lived until you’ve made a pb&j milkshake with chocolate sauce. Stop reading and go do that now, you’ll thank me later), oh and watching way too much TV! It’s the golden age of television, so how can you not.

    Absolutely Magical Experience!

    In addition to our engagement shoot Heather captured truly magical photos for our Spring Philly wedding at Christ Church and Reading Terminal Market. Choosing her as our photographer was the first and best decision that we made for our wedding--she is so fun to work with and was even game to take fun pictures of us and our wedding party as we walked through Old City from the church to the reception. Looking back at the photos we are able to re-live our most special day through her creative lens. Her photos are magical and we will treasure them forever. Book Heather now: you won't regret it!

    Wedding Wednesday in LOVE park

    When I first searched for wedding photographers based in Philly and stumbled onto Heather's instagram page, I knew that I wanted to work with her for my wedding! I spoke with Heather before I knew what type of wedding I wanted to do and she told us about Wedding Wednesdays in LOVE park. We're so grateful to have worked with Heather on our wedding day, and I can't recommend her enough for eloping couples who want documentary-style photography. Typically, couples book me about 9 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful.
No, I prefer focusing on photography only, so you can get the best wedding pictures possible. But I can recommend some great videographers if you're looking for one.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 6-8 weeks after your wedding. Within this time, you can also expect to see a few sneak peeks on Instagram if you allow me to share your images.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In my experience as a wedding photographer, I’ve never canceled a booking. In the very rare event that I’m unable to shoot your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so I can find you the perfect replacement.
You can expect about 80 to 100 images per hour of shooting. But keep in mind this estimate varies depending on your wedding package, number of guests, venue type, and other factors.
