We are event architects and have been producing events worldwide since 2003 with offices in New York and California. This is more than just one day of celebration - it is a journey from start to finish. From the moment a guest receives the first form of communication to when the last person departs, producing an event is about the entire experience.

Alongside our planning and production teams, our in-house design team creates everything from high-level design concepts: custom bars, lighting and staging, complex build-outs, and floral installations.

    View from Behind the Scenes

    As the wedding photographer you really get to see it all - Lyndsey and her team consistently put on creative and beautiful events that run seamlessly. She's seen it all and nothing that comes up on a wedding day fazes her, the bride and her family always have the biggest smiles on their faces and just get to enjoy themselves and celebrate. Her team is a mix of creatives and type A personalities that get things done perfectly, everything runs on time. I'm always happy because I get to photograph unique/new concepts that I've never seen before, like a custom round bar or hand-painted details. Highly, highly recommend LHE.

    The best of the best

    Lyndsey and her team literally created the wedding of our dreams. It was more than I could have ever imagined. She is always available, which I've heard is not the case with most planners. It was like planning my wedding with a very close friend. As stressful as planning a wedding is, she made everything seamless and perfect. And she was always there to sooth my anxiety. I would tell anyone, who has the opportunity, to use Lyndsey and her team.

We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within a 100 mile radius of New York. We have a $15,000 minimum for floral delivery. Since many weddings require a professional set up, we also charge a separate fee for event installation.
We have a $15,000 minimum for flowers. Event production pricing ranges based on the scope of the event.
Consultations last approximately 1 hour but can take up to 2 for larger weddings. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding design. This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, photos from social media, etc.
We require breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception. We also prefer to be as eco-conscious as possible by offering composting or repurposing of floral product.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding! We generally book about 9-12 months in advance.
Yes! After the contract is signed, we provide one mockup, typically a table centerpiece. We prefer to create this between 30 and 60 days before the wedding to take into account seasonal flowers and time to make adjustments before the final proposal and vendor commitments are due.
During your consultation, we will go over all the gorgeous in-season floral offerings available for your wedding date. We love supporting local growers and regional flowers and greenery!
Yes! We offer a variety of rentals for an additional cost from bars to lounge furniture, custom installations, stages, and decor items. We can also fabricate lighting and furniture.
Sorry, we do not offer flower preservation. However, we’re happy to recommend a few local vendors who provide this service. Just let us know.
