The communication, professionalism, presentation, and of course the food were all top tier. From the very first conversation, the team made everything feel organized and stress-free. They truly understand weddings and events, and you can tell they care about making your day special. The setup was beautiful, the service was smooth, and every guest kept coming up to us asking “Who is the caterer? This food is amazing!” And the food… WOW. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and perfectly prepared. You can tell this isn’t just catering, it’s passion and experience behind every dish. And we have to talk about the mac and cheese. It is absolutely top notch. We kept hearing people rave about it in reviews and now we understand why. It’s creamy, flavorful, and easily one of the best mac and cheeses we’ve ever had. We loved it so much that we actually ordered an extra pan to freeze so we could have it when we get back from our honeymoon.... it’s seriously that good. What stood out the most was how much pride they take in what they do. They don’t just show up and serve food, they create an experience that your guests will remember. The beef brisket biscuit appetizer was the absolute star of the show, literally my grandmother is still trying to duplicate the recipe! Everything ran on schedule, the water service was seamless (very important with the Charleston heat), and our guests have not stopped raving about how delicious the food was. “Everything about my experience was amazing, Chef Tessa was very quick to respond to me during the months leading up to my wedding. Was very helpful in the process of deciding what food I was choosing and how much as well! The food was phenomenal, we got the lasagna and roast beef and I highly recommend these, every single guest LOVED it and lots of people got seconds. We had a seated meal and the waiters were amazing as well, they all came to check on us several times, refilling drinks, bringing more food and were so friendly. Would totally recommend to book her and would book again for any other event!”
