Christine Couture Cormier Makeup Artist

Rating: 5.0 (44 reviews)

“LOOK NO FURTHER, CHRISTINE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I feel so lucky to have found Christine for my wedding makeup because she was everything I was looking for and more! I did a makeup trial with someone else that went terribly and was scrambling to find a new makeup artist less than two months before my wedding. I am truly so grateful I found Christine. Her talent speaks for itself, just check out her Instagram page (https://www.instagram.com/christinecouturecormier/). I had my first video consultation with Christine the day after I found her, and we discussed what went wrong with the first person and what I was hoping to achieve for my wedding day look. Not only was it clear that she knew what I was looking for, but she also had amazing ideas about the entire makeup experience on my wedding day that I hadn’t even thought of. Your makeup artist is SO important because you’ll have these photos forever and they’re the first vendor you interact with so they help set the mood for the day. Christine was an incredible presence the whole time she was there. She and the second makeup artist Lindsey made me and my entire bridal party look and feel amazing! Christine made incredible content with me and my bridal party and she was also there for my first look. She was the perfect calming presence I needed for the most exciting but stressful moment of the day. She helped fluff my dress and took photos and videos I was able to have immediately after the first look. You want to feel confident that your makeup artist is going to make you look and feel amazing, and I promise you can trust Christine with that! My guests were raving about my makeup! I felt done up and more special than my everyday makeup, but I still felt and looked like myself. Also the makeup lasted all night long! She is worth every single penny!! If you pick Christine to be your makeup artist you will not regret it!”

Absolute Beauty by Wendy

Rating: 4.9 (39 reviews)

“We had an excellent experience with Wendy and her stylists Emily and Jinay. My trial with Wendy and Jinay was super comfortable and they gave me confidence in my choices. I'm not someone who does my hair and makeup so I was nervous going into the trial, but they made me feel at ease and confident with my hair and makeup. On the wedding day, Wendy, Jinay and Emily were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They did a great job with my bridal party which included several bridesmaids, my mom, and my 3 yo niece. Everyone (even the little one) felt comfortable and happy with the hair and makeup process! I felt happy throughout the whole wedding day and reception with my hair and makeup. I would wholeheartedly recommend Wendy and her team to anyone getting married!”

“Caroline was an amazing hair stylist for my bridal hair bridesmaids hair! She was lovely to communicate with from the start and consistently responsive. On my wedding day, she arrived promptly, worked in a timely manner, and everyone loved how their hair turned out! Unfortunately not all of my vendors were easy to work with (which added a lot of stress to the wedding planning process) but Caroline was truly a warm and welcomed presence on the big day. “I feel so incredibly lucky to have gotten to work with Tai for my March 2025 wedding. I had never gotten my makeup professionally done before, and honestly had some nerves going into the process. I knew from pictures that I felt like Tai’s style fit what I was envisioning, and in the first minutes of meeting Tai, I knew I was in good hands. She is such a kind and bubbly person, the trial felt like catching up with an old friend. Seeing myself in the mirror both on the trial and on the wedding day, I felt truly beautiful and confident. I felt like me, but elevated. On top of that, she also helped to cover a scar that I got on my back from an unexpected procedure a month prior to my wedding. I felt so insecure about it, and she was able to cover it with ease. As for the look itself, it lasted all night, through happy tears and a hot dance floor. One of the best wedding vendors out there, would definitely work with her again!!”

“I had the pleasure of having Jasmine do my bridal makeup and the makeup for my bridal party. Immediately from our consultation and trial at Melt, Jasmine was welcoming and calm, yet also driven and confident in her skills. She took the time to know what exactly I was and was not looking for. She took note of things I was particular about (filling in my eyebrows) and ensured they were exactly how I wanted before moving on. She even fielded my never ending questions about skin care since she is so knowledgeable! On my wedding day, Jasmine was promptly on time and a calm presence that helped keep me at ease. Jasmine was happy to make any changes throughout the makeup application process with no issue (I was difficult and changed my lip color 3 times). My entire bridal party still continues to rave about Jasmine’s work and claim it was the best professional makeup they’ve had. We all felt like enhanced versions of ourselves—it was exactly what we were looking for. The small kit of to-go and touch up items that Jasmine provided each of us ensured our makeup looked perfect the entire night. I would highly recommend Jasmine for any and all bridal/formal makeup services! Melt is lucky to have her.”

Her talent, patience, kindness, and professionalism exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend her enough. “I was in a wedding 2 years ago and needed a makeup artist. I came across KD’s work through another friend, because she had done her face for her wedding and it was stunning. I’m not makeup oriented, but when I want to look dolled up I don’t want to look like a completely different person. While KDs range of work spans from Soft glam to dramatic, she gave me exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t want to be caked up full of makeup, I wanted to still look like myself just enhanced a little. I loved it! And here I am attending another event this year where I wanted a complete look, and KD is my go to. She is worth booking over and over again, she’s super professional, sweet and kind. She’s informative, can educate you on what she’s doing without making one feel uncomfortable or small due to the lack of knowledge. She has a beautiful spirit and it shines in her work. I absolutely love her.”
