“Poppy Flowers was a great choice for our wedding flowers because they worked well trying to fit our budget and gave us flexibility with our flowers. Their communication was primarily virtual which was challenging at times. Outside of our first Zoom meeting, we had to communicate using their platform which could have been more efficient. Outside of the Poppy Flowers platform, our florist Dara Cordova did an amazing job. The quality of her work was excellent - she matched our vision for the flowers perfectly. The bouquets they created were absolutely stunning, encompassing all the flower profiles and colors we had discussed. Our guests had many compliments on how beautiful the flowers looked and how well they fit the overall style and aesthetic of our wedding day. Our only hiccup was when we were told we could flip our flowers from our wedding ceremony to reception area (we had different locations) but two weeks prior, we were told that they would not transport flowers from our ceremony to reception so we had to cut down and have our planner relocate the flowers for us. We wish communication would have been more clear. It was an added stress so close to the wedding. Overall. Poppy Flowers provided great value and delivered well-executed floral arrangements that truly brought our wedding vision to life on a budget.”

“TL;DR - Lisa and her team did a fabulous job with our wedding florals, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was responsive, proactive in planning, and offers stunning design for very fair price points. We and our guests loved what she created. I highly recommend her! We were introduced to Lisa through our planner. The first call helped us understand how she works, what’s typical for wedding floral vendors, and what kinds of packages she offers. Lisa’s warm, a good listener, and even in the first call exudes expertise and style. Immediately confident she could do the job well. “Cassidy put together the florals for our wedding this weekend. We ordered arbor flowers that Cassidy recycled to our cake and sweetheart table. Unfortunately the wind during the first half of our reception was a little WILD so my current photos of that aren’t able to do it justice until my photos come in. However, I have some photos of the flowers before I sent them off for preservation as well. We also used Cassidy for rentals of pillar candles and bud vases. She assembled those and had welcome table greens for us, my bouquet, and my husband’s boutonniere. I was constantly adding things to the list like some spray flowers for my photographers for my flat lays. But she managed it. Cassidy attended our walk through to make sure that she saw the property and knew where our flowers would be doing. She provided some inspiration photos based on what I wanted and she delivered on that for sure! I think the centerpieces in particular were EXACTLY what I was looking for. She really nailed those and they turned out beautifully. When we didn’t know what we wanted or struggled to get a good vision going, she made some suggestions and went through the pros and cons with me of options.
