“I Do!” Floral & Wood Designs is a small wedding service business out of the Orange, Virginia area and run by husband, wife, and three amazing little girls. We started out as a different business with a completely different name in 2016. From there, we revamped the entire business into the one of a kind business you see growing now. We went from wood decor and furniture for the home to wood decor, wood flower arrangements, wood flower decor, and more for the home.

We also do weddings with wood flower bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, and so much more! We have built a business we love and love doing together. My husband cuts, sands, and stains almost all wood decor that goes out. Two of the three amazing little girls help hand dye each flower. The third little girl supervises as she is too little to do anything right now. And what do I do? Well, I create everything you see! I paint the wording on signs, I put the flower arrangements together, I hand dye the flowers, and I create one of a kind wedding items!

We have no minimum for custom floral pieces.
We offer delivery and setup services in North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Maryland. We have a delivery fee of $0.60 per mile both ways. Since many weddings require a professional set up, we also charge a separate fee for event installation. Out of these areas? We also ship worldwide!
Consultations last approximately 1 hour. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers. The more information and ideas you provide, the better we can assist you. During your consultation, we will draw up a proposal with prices for you to see in person and email it to you for later use.
No, we do not offer breakdown services after the reception.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day.
Yes! Once we begin working on your wedding, we provide photos of test colors, photos of each floral piece (only one per different piece), and final photos of all florals before getting them to you.
All flowers will be in season for your wedding as our flowers are made from 100% wood.
Yes! We offer custom wood signs also!
There is no need for preserving the flowers after as they are already preserved. To keep your florals as perfect as the day you receive them, keep them out of direct sunlight and keep them in an airflow area. Like any other wood, the flowers can mold over time if kept in a non-airflow or moisture area.
We start on wedding six weeks in advanced of the wedding date. If the florals are being shipped, we ship out the week before the wedding date to ensure the florals get to you on time. If picking up, the florals will be available the week of the wedding. If delivering, the florals will be delivered the day of the wedding.
We cannot say how much florals will cost to ship as each order is different. We do calculate shipping costs once the florals are complete and ready to be shipped.
We do our best to accommodate as many styles of flowers and greenery as possible. We customize each detail - color, size, shape, and theme. We do have over 150 styles of flowers to choose from and we do color match any color!
Yes. We do require a 50% non-refundable deposit on all wedding florals to ensure we have everything for your wedding piece(s).
