“My son and daughter-in-law's wedding was two months ago, and we are still basking in the glow of that beautiful day—and for so many reasons, one of them being our experience with Raul Ruiz and his entire team at The Grove.
From the moment we began planning, Raul was an extraordinary partner. I affectionately nicknamed him “The Maestro,” and I think that says it all. His years of experience, including planning his own wedding, give him an incredible understanding of what it takes to create a truly special celebration.
Raul asks the right questions, makes thoughtful suggestions, and pays attention to details you may not even know to consider. He guided us with professionalism, compassion, and kindness, while leading his team with confidence and respect.
One moment perfectly demonstrated his expertise. We had planned to hold the ceremony at the Carriage House, but 45 minutes before the ceremony, it started to rain. We had to quickly move the ceremony indoors. The Grove team immediately went into action, setting up the chairs and transforming the room in what seemed like no time at all. There was no panic—just a team of professionals who knew exactly what to do. Our guests would never have known we had changed plans at the last minute.
And the team! To say they were attentive would be an understatement. We are still talking about our attendants. They anticipated what we needed, made sure we had food and drinks, steamed garments, checked in on us, and handled the little things that could easily have become big things—all with warmth and a smile.
Our Maitre d’, Vas, was another standout. He was always nearby, quietly watching over the celebration and ready to step in whenever needed. His calm, professional leadership gave us tremendous confidence.
And then there is The Grove itself. The venue was beautiful, the size was perfect, and the facilities were wonderful.
The Bridal Suite and Groom’s Suite were beautiful and comfortable and gave everyone a wonderful place to prepare and gather before the celebration.
Our 200 guests were so impressed by the cocktail hour. The variety was incredible, and everything was delicious. Some guests actually thought the cocktail hour was the reception because there was so much food and so much to enjoy!
Dinner was equally impressive. People are still talking about the filet mignon, and my branzino was fantastic. The chef and culinary team truly delivered.

But perhaps what means the most to us is that our son and his bride were so happy and so proud of their wedding. The Grove helped bring their vision to life and fulfill their dreams for the day. As parents, there is no greater gift than seeing your children genuinely happy on one of the most important days of their lives.
When you entrust a venue with such an important family celebration, you want beautiful surroundings and wonderful food—but you also want people who will care about your day and know exactly what to do when the unexpected happens.
That is what we found at The Grove.
