Then we started working with Cathy and she made the process as easy as possible. She made sure we were comfortable and that we had all paperwork needed. She was very sweet! Ethan personally met with us several times to get to know us, go over details, brainstorm ideas, and ensure that he understood exactly what we were asking for, including a few decisions made only a few days before the event. He was also very accommodating to working with other contractors and staff, which helped our wedding flow smoothly in set-up and break-down. Ethan was great about working with us to stay within our budget and also has a free-standing disco ball that we felt brought a cool and nostalgic feeling to our dance floor. He also connected us with a violinist, Rada, that was absolutely fabulous. “First and foremost I have to recognize the staff who worked the event at the hotel. Katrina, who is the event coordinator, was wonderfully communicative and detail oriented. We wanted to keep things relatively simple for our wedding but she had some great ideas to spruce things up a bit and helped to keep us on track leading up to the day of. The evening prior and on the day she was helping us set things up and made sure to keep our chaotic group on schedule. Not only that she was extremely helpful in managing the group, helping to cue and time our processions and intros into the dining room after the ceremony. She also added a personal touch to the centerpieces by arranging some fresh flowers we'd brought in and I thought the result was lovely. As important as Katrina were all of the wait staff and bartenders for our wedding. Jordan, Dawn and Dinnea took care of dinner service and Doug and Debbie tended the bar. We interacted with Jordan, Doug and Debbie the most but we've spoken to friends and family who agreed that the service was excellent. I want to call out Jordan specifically because that dude was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed from drinks to food. On top of all of that he was just one of the most pleasant and kind humans we could have asked for to take care of us that day. We'd also like to extend a big thank you to the whole group as we had some late arrivals who came in during dinner time. The staff immediately noticed and without any fuss went over to get their order and get them served. We had opted for a Delmonico steak and salmon as our primary entrees. Note that because of the volume of guests the Delmonicos were all cooked to somewhere around medium. I can't vouch for everyone's steak but mine came out perfectly medium. As far as I can tell from catching up with friends and family during and after the wedding everyone was pleased and really enjoyed their meals. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere that was created. We ended up choosing the Orchid(?) package, if I recall the name correctly, which is their all inclusive package and I think it was worth every penny. I really enjoyed the up lighting and hotel provided centerpieces but I can see how if you have a different vision in mind then you may want to opt for a different offering. On top of the work they did in the space the hotel has a couple of outdoor seating areas, one of which has a fire pit, that were favorites of the group to take breaks from the party rocking inside. Ultimately the most important part of our wedding day was to unite our friends and family in one place where we could party and then not have to worry about transferring from the reception venue back to the hotel. As far as we're concerned Katrina and her staff delivered on this want magnificently. From the maintenance of the hotel and event space, to the friendly and thoughtful staff, to the convenient location for our friends and family; we could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding day.”

“I loved working with AMG Beauty Bar. Everyone was so easy to work with and I loved that I was able to schedule a trial with enough time to make a final decision. I loved how responsive AMG was and also appreciated the ability to text them since it can be tricky finding time to communicate with every vendor once the 1 month mark hits. I do wish we discussed the need for a 3rd artist at the time of booking, but Ashley Gallo was able to connect with me right away and guide me through since I am not a wedding makeup expert! She added ease and gave me confidence for the day of execution. I did have a trial with Mia Peters, and I let her know I was looking for something a little more glam and on the day of and she absolutely hit the mark and beyond. I couldn’t have been more ecstatic and excited with how my makeup turned out. I would highly, highly recommend her for your bridal look. I felt so beautiful and wish the day didn’t have to end so I didn’t have to wash my makeup off! I got so many compliments too from guests and other vendors! I also worked with Mia since January to contour my brows. I had Misha pen eyebrows that were uneven and thin. Over a matter of months, Mia was able to help me grow them out and choose them to perfection with an eyebrow pop service every 5 weeks. It made a huge difference since my eyebrows were the frame of my wedding look! Similarly, Vanessa and Devyn Gregorio also did a fabulous job with my bridesmaids. Everyone looked amazing and their makeup complimented their features. If you’re considering AMG - book it! I can’t thank this group of women enough, including the receptionist! Thank you AMG!!!”

“Getting married at The Lake House Inn was the best decision ever. The ceremony area by the lake was breathtaking—I felt so calm and happy standing there. The bridal suite with those views was perfect for photos and just soaking in the morning with my girls. The ballroom looked beautiful, and the huge cocktail hour area let everyone move around easily. Joe slayed the bar game, and the food from Jeffrey Miller Catering was next-level good. Having 18 rooms meant it felt like a big family sleepover—we loved it. The fire pit after-party was so cozy and fun. Marina, Kate, and Holly were incredible—seriously the best team. I’m already telling all my friends about this place!”

“Hiring Kat and her team was easily the best decision I made while wedding planning holy cow! I work at a wedding venue so I kept telling myself I got this I got this and right about 3 months out I was like nope I don’t got this I need to accept the fact I need help. With having relationships with a lot of coordinators it was hard to pick one so I initially went with Evivva since it was too hard to pick a “friendor” and I had not worked with them much but heard nothing but amazing things from brides I talked to. I immediately reached out to Kat and she hopped on the phone with us and got to know us and instantly we clicked and it felt like talking to a friend! Kat was our day of the Sydney helped as the event coordinator and Nikki was our event concierge! Kat held on to our marriage certificate all night, Sydney always had a water bottle on hand for my husband and I and Nikki was busy running around setting everything up for us. We had their A team for sure we felt so laid back lol I was so relaxed people kept asking if I was okay since I was just lounging around and I was like “oh yes I have the best team of people helping I’m just so at peace right now” and it felt so nice to feel 0 stress the day of the wedding after stressing for the months leading up! We loved how the Evivva team made a timeline for family, made us a packing list, and gave all important info in a beautiful shareable PDF link. It made it so easy to access and share with loved ones!! If you are second guessing hiring a day of coordinator, please please do and hire Evivva while you’re at it!! You will not regret it, absolutely 0 complaints!”

From the very beginning he made us feel comfortable with him and he projected a confidence that all of our requests were not only possible, but would be easy for him to accommodate. “After going through dozens of hair and makeup artists, I'm thrilled to have found Becki! Her Enchanted Package was perfect for my small wedding party, and her pricing was right on point! Her style is so lovely, light, and romantic. She was incredibly helpful leading up to the wedding, sending tips and planning information regularly so I always knew what I needed to do. As someone who really doesn't wear makeup, I'm glad I decided to add a hair and makeup trial. It was a great opprotunity to meet Becki before my wedding, and she really helped make me feel so comfortable with my styling choices at the trial so I knew more of what to expect on my wedding day. Day of the wedding, Becki arrived bright and early at 6am to get us started! It was so fun to work with her, she really helped keep the mood light and is just such an amazing person!
