Preparing and serving slow smoked, expertly prepared Texas barbecue and rustic Italian inspired dishes is the greatest joy in my life. There are no short cuts in barbecue and that's what I love about it. We started Luongo Barbecue to glorify the Lord and grow the Kingdom of God. We use the business as a means to feed and serve our community. After spending 30 years in Texas we have relocated to central Pennsylvania to begin working with family on the next chapter of Luongo Barbecue. Winners of "Best in Show" and "Best Entrée" at Taste of Western Lancaster County 2025 for our brisket, pulled pork and peach cobbler!

I'm Amanda, the face behind the camera! I am 31 years old, a wife to my amazing husband and a mother to our 2 adorable boys. My husband and I have been together for 10 years and married for 2. I started my business in the beginning of 2019 while living in North Carolina. What I thought was just going to be a part time hobby, turned into something much much more. I was a stay at home mom looking to do something with my life that gave me more of a purpose, and that is when I started photographing weddings!

I am 25 years old I am currently a natural light photographer. I love adventures and traveling so don't worry if you aren't from or near my little home town. I am obsessed with shooting weddings and young couples in love. There is something so special about being able to capture the raw moments in life. I thrive on those candid, natural emotions that happen during my sessions.  Outside of the photography world, I am an American Sign Language Interpreter. I went to Bloomsburg University and studied American Sign Language Interpreting with a minor in Deaf Education. I am also a Susquehanna Service Dog raiser.

My name is Nicolle Aponte and I am a self-taught photographer, who discover this amazing artistry during the hard times of 2020 while we all were in quarantine. Photography has been a life saver for me, during times when I needed to keep this creative mind busy. Not only I explore many ways of creativity, but it has definitely created a bridge for me to connect with so many amazing couples and families. Her passion is large scale design and creative installations, but she gets just as excited planning the perfect bouquet for your small elopement.

Playing the piano has been a big part of my life since I was 4 years old but it’s not the only thing I do! In the car, I’m usually listening back on clips that my band most recently recorded. My brother and I do that together and it’s my creative outlet. If you find me at home, I am rowdying around with my sons and spending time with my wife. When we have time to ourselves, Alyssa and I could spend the entire day just going to new restaurants, eating, drinking and talking the day away. It's our thing... eating food, meeting new people & remembering why we do what we do.

My earliest memories are always centered around picking flowers in my mothers gardens. I would grab one of the glass bottles she collected and play around with any flowers I could find.
