Growing up in Lancaster, PA means growing up with the best soil in the world. From an early age, I've found my way into the garden: planting, deadheading spent blooms, creating arrangements out of any flower or green. Now I'm taking it one step further to transcend your wedding or event dreams into reality.

We're a fresh take to the industry. We don't want to just create the same pieces, we want to explore! We source from local and sustainable farmers during the growing season. Don't fret though! If you're getting married outside of that timeframe we will work to source sustainably.

    Stunning Colors

    Kate was the first vendor I booked and she set my expectations high! She truly brought my vision to life. Along the planning process she remained flexible as I worked out what I wanted from colors to vases. Kate is fantastic to work with. She is super responsive! 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

    MVP of the Wedding Day

    Kate was such an MVP on our wedding day! She absolutely blew everyone’s mind with the way the florals turned out. From the beginning, she was the easiest to work with. Super responsive, answered a million of my questions, and accommodated every request I had. She kept up with our hectic agenda and made our vision come to life 1000x better than I even imagined. Everyone was raving about how stunning the florals were. Incredible communication, perfect execution, and great attitude - what more could you ask for in a wedding vendor? I cannot recommend her enough!!

    Incredible florals!!

    Kate at Honey Bee & Fox Co. Florals was absolutely amazing to work with! She worked within our budget to make us a beautiful piece for a mantle we got married in front of, in addition to individual stems for bud vases that we assembled the night before the wedding (we got married 2.5 hrs from where she is located). The flowers were all in amazing shape even after a long drive and day-before assembly and we had many guests commenting on how beautiful they were and asking where they came from! I highly, highly, recommend Honey Bee & Fox Co. for all of your floral needs.

    Wedding Florals

    I was recently married at the Cork Factory Hotel in Lancaster, PA. While doing vendor research I came across Honeybee & Fox and during my initial, exploratory call with Kate we spent an hour on the phone. She dove in head first and asked exhaustive questions. Because of this, she was able to make a comprehensive proposal with associated costs, which in the end, compared with another vendor, is why I went with Kate. After that we communicated easily by email. Though she didn't share vision boards of her own, I shared mine and onsite she basically replicated it! We were married during one of the coldest weeks of the year and Kate told me she struggled getting blooms. If she hadn't said anything, I wouldn't have noticed. I left with the feeling that Kate acts as though every wedding is her own. I've received a ton of compliments on the colors of the flowers. She was super hands-on, ensuring even ancillary items like candles, which were not under her remit, were placed beautifully. I would 100% recommend her to another bride. Thanks, Honeybee!

    Unbelievably thrilled with my wedding florals!!!

    From my first phone call with Kate, I knew by the questions she asked and description of her understanding that she TOTALLY got my vision. Originally, I was going to DIY dried wildflowers to save on our budget. When that turned less than ideal, I realized I indeed wanted a bridal bouquet and other small additions to bring together our theme. Kate created the most beautiful bridal bouquet I've ever seen!! I had particular flowers, colors, and an overall shape in mind, but I trusted her creativity and expertise and was thrilled with the end result! She incorporated pieces of my gown's lace and buttons into the groom's boutonniere and mothers' corsages which was a beautiful and sentimental touch. She was also able to use our dried wildflowers as part of the decor and really tied in all the fall vibes. I got so many compliments and was very happy with her level of service!

We do not have a minimum spend for weddings! We try to work with every budget out there.
Consultations are done over the phone or via video chat, they last approximately 1 hour but may take longer if there's a lot to discuss. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers(feel free to email me a Pinterest or photos prior). This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, photos from social media, and more. The more information and ideas you provide, the better we can assist you. After your consultation, we will draw up a proposal with prices and email it to you.
At this time we only offer items that work with florals for example pedestals and vases.
Sorry, we do not offer flower preservation. However, we’re happy to recommend a few local vendors who provide this service. Just let us know.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day.
Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.
We do not work within the perimeters of pricing packages. We instead like to chat with every couple over the phone to get an idea of their dreams for their big day! We'd prefer to do this to make things more personable. Every consultation is free as well so please do not hesitate to reach out!
