Description

A ceremony with us is 1 hour. This is broken up into 30min of background music for your guests arriving. Then, 30min of the bridal party walking down the aisle and ceremony taking place.

Cocktail

Description

During cocktail hour we play a curated playlist for your guests to mingle and talk. During this time it's important for our music to be played just beneath the guests talking volume so that they don't need to yell to hear each other.

    Travis is the best!

    Travis from Red Tie was absolutely wonderful to work with! He was so responsive to all of my questions over email throughout the wedding planning process. He helped us find songs we liked without lyrics for the ceremony, and blended them perfectly for the processional. He helped us work with a live guitarist by setting him up with audio equipment for the cocktail hour as well. The reception was absolutely perfect! He had the best hype voice for announcements into the reception, and he kept the dance floor electric all night long. We are very picky about music, and we sent him a reference playlist to use to build the set, and he did exactly what we envisioned and more! He flawlessly incorporated our requests into the set as needed as well. He is the best! I could not recommend him enough.

    Best DJ Ever!!

    We first had the pleasure of hearing DJ Will at a friend’s wedding, and from the very beginning, he completely set the tone for an unforgettable night. The music selection was absolutely perfect—every song felt intentional, kept the energy high, and had guests of all ages out on the dance floor. He did an incredible job reading the crowd and seamlessly transitioning between songs, making sure the party never slowed down. After that experience, we didn’t hesitate for a second—we knew we had to have him DJ our own wedding. And he did not disappoint! Will, along with Ralph, went above and beyond to make our special day everything we had hoped for and more. They were professional, organized, and clearly passionate about what they do. From the planning process to the final song of the night, everything ran smoothly and stress-free. Our guests are still talking about how much fun they had and how great the music was! If you’re looking for a DJ who knows how to create an amazing atmosphere and keep the celebration going all night long, we cannot recommend Will and Ralph enough. They truly helped make our wedding unforgettable!

    Wedding DJ review

    We couldn’t be happier with Travis from Red Tie! From start to finish, he was professional, fun, and completely matched the energy we were looking for in the day. The ceremony was seamless. We had a blast on the dance floor and now all my close friends and family know I️ can sing every word to Lollipop the Remix by Lil' Wayne! He truly helped make our night unforgettable. Highly recommend!

    The absolute best!!!

    Travis DJed for our wedding, and we had the absolute best night!! Guests are still telling me how much fun the dance floor was and how much they loved the photo booth. The planning process was so easy and everything came together absolutely perfectly. Highly recommend to any brides looking for a DJ!

    Travis was our DJ/MC for our wedding on June 28, 2025, and he was amazing! Super attentive to our requests/vision that we had for guest arrival, the ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception, and was a true professional from the first interview, all the way to our wedding! Everything ran so smooth, and he clearly has the knowledge and experience when it comes to MCing a wedding, and keeping our dancefloor FULL/FUN. We had such a wonderful experience with Travis and Red Tie Entertainment! Book them, you won't regret it! Thank you Travis! :)

Yes to both! We offer what we call the "essential" dance lighting effect to more interactive lighting with programmed lighting effects. Interactive programmed lighting pairs perfectly with your music and your special events. Lastly, we offer a digital photo-booth capable of doing photos, boomerangs, and GIFs. These can all be send right to your phone via text, email, or airdrop. You can also add printing of photo strips and photo album to your package.
Depending on the package you choose with us the setup time will vary. Generally, 2 hours before guests arrive is how early we would arrive to set up.
At Red Tie Entertainment customer service is our primary focus. We help handle the planning and organizing leading up to your most important day directly with your lead DJ. We have the capacity to do high-end production, event type weddings with lighting, multimedia, DJ/MC and room design. We are an interactive entertainment company.
Yes, we are a fully insured entertainment company.
Yes, as an option we provide music for both of these events. Our ceremony setup includes a discrete setup with a microphone and a speaker.
