From the very beginning she had lots of helpful planning documents, answered every question I had, gave us ideas when we couldn't figure out how or when we wanted something to happen for our special day, stayed over time on our planning / check in calls to make sure we felt that we covered everything, and did all of this with a smile and supportive, kind attitude. You're going to spend a lot of time with your wedding planner / coordinator, so it's important that they're a good person and you like them! Well Diane is a gem of a human being, and I really do feel like I made a forever friend in her. Throughout the planning process and on the day, there were times when I just needed emotional support, and she was there for me. Her communication is prompt, consistent, and thorough. She got back to me on every email in a timely manner with all the answers I needed. I didn't realize at the time but strong communication was probably the MOST important aspect that made working with vendors 1000x better, and Diane excelled at it. Additionally, in the lead up to my wedding day and on the day itself, Diane was on top of EVERY detail. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was PERFECT - just as I always dreamed it would be. From helping me iron my wedding dress while my bridesmaids and I were getting our makeup done to overseeing every vendor arrival and setup to making sure transitions from each part of the day were smooth - she did it all. No detail was too small for her, and because she's a total professional, she thought of everything!
