So after our family moved out to Montana I knew it was the perfect location to launch my wedding coordinating services. When I got married back in 2008, I had no idea what I needed, what to do or how to do it. A cousin of my husband stepped up to help me think through all the details and coordinate the big day and it was the best gift I could ask for. “I hired Johnnie to plan a baby shower for my best friend. She was so instrumental when it came to bringing my vision to reality and helped elevate my vision further with her ideas and resources. She was able to source everything that we needed, with a mix of cost-effective party elements and high-end party elements where it counted. She also is an extremely talented floral designer, so it was nice to not have to outsource another vendor for that. The day of, she was at the venue early to make sure everything was set-up perfectly, then broke down/cleaned up everything when we were done with the luncheon. Overall, she took a huge load off my shoulders when it came to everything that needed to be sourced and set-up for this event - I was very much able to enjoy the party and be a proper host, and didn't have to spend my nights and weekends with coordination leading up to the event.”

I loved his energy, transparency and most importantly - his response time! Communication is everything to the busy bride or groom. I started many an email thread to Ryan and then fell off because LIFE and when I picked back up, Ryan responded RIGHT away. And should he be out of office, he is very transparent around timing and closes loops both before and after. (Wedding vendor radio silence can be VERY anxiety inducing!) From the get go, he doled out sage words of wisdom that can only come with his experience and time in the industry. He knew EVERYTHING about EVERYTHING. Truly. So asking him to take on full management of our wedding was as easy as saying I Do. And from that moment on - I could breathe. I trusted Ryan completely. Here are some highlights from working with wedding artiste Ryan: His brilliant tablescape designs - including tree “cookies” cut from a tree in his own yard! His wooden guest book idea, the path he recommended for the wedding party procession, his seating chart and table layout mastery, all the day of paper items he designed himself and professionally printed, his coordination of our florals: we were able to use our wedding flowers for the rehearsal dinner, as well! He brought a guitar from his home and included it in his AV set up, so my brother could live perform a song he had written. He lent my family all the baby things! Pack and play, and whatever else babies need!? (dog parents here) When we flew in to visit the venue, he chauffeured us around town like we were his own family. For these reasons and SO many more, Ryan planned and executed the MOST amazingly perfect wedding weekend Big Sky, Montana has ever seen. “This review is far overdue but so unbelievably deserved. I will start by saying that my husband and I got married in March of 2025. Engaged in September of 2021. We always wanted to have a wedding but having had a baby in 2023, the amount of planning and money that went into it all just kept making us push things back. There was a time where we weren’t sure if we would ever actually have the wedding we dreamed of or if we would just book an appointment at the courthouse and call it a day. I never even considered hiring a wedding planner, just another added cost, right? WRONG. Cause girl, let me tell you, Bri and Karin are the ONLY reason our dreams of a real wedding turned into a reality. We provided them with a budget and some ideas of what we thought we might like and what they came up with was truly amazing. Options galore and nothing my husband nor I would have ever even thought of. They found us a venue that didn’t break the bank and fit us perfectly. The food was delicious, the decor was beautiful and they made sure everything went to plan, on time as scheduled, the day of. ZERO stress on me or my husband allowing us to truly be present and focus on soaking up everything and everyone on a day that goes by in the blink of an eye. All for less than what we thought we would have to spend! They are sweet, they are creative, they are punctual, they are responsive, they are attentive, they listen, they CARE, their attention to detail is out of this world, they are FUN and it is evident they truly love what they do. The best decision we could have ever made was hiring them to plan our wedding. We are forever grateful for the time, effort and love they poured into our special day.
