We’re Andrew and Marijo (pronounced mary•joe), a husband and wife team! Our style is bright, vibrant, nostalgic with a mix of candids and cinematic images. We love getting to know our couples before their big day! It helps us create more personal work that reflects your love. We hope you know that your love is special, and that we can see that it is. And that’s always how we’ll tell your story.

Awarded Best of Zola
A little back story. My fiance at the time had a bad falling out with a photography company. They were not willing to perform the services how we requested and so with almost 3 weeks until the wedding I was lost. My fiance at the time had a friend who had recently got married and reached out to him for the contact info. Insert A + M Badillo. They were AMAZING from the start! Wonderful communication and helped put my anxiety to ease with their work. Fast forward to the day of the wedding and they were spot on! Made me feel comfortable throughout the entire time and took some amazing shots! I could not be happier! Now that we have recieved our photos back, people are raving about them, asking when I will send them the link so they can make copies! When we got our thumbdrive, our expectations flew through the roof yet again! They went above and beyond with a personal box with our last name burned into it and some gifts along with the thumb drive. They do not do the minimum at all and work together as the perfect pair when capturing your big day! 1000% recommend them and will refer anyone and everyone who needs a photographer to them! We will for sure be reaching out on our year anniversary to capture more moments with them!

Carmelisse Photography

Long Beach, CA

  • Starts at $6,550

Hi I'm Carmelisse. I'm an intimate wedding & elopement photographer based in Los Angeles. I have a gift for making people comfortable and seeing the beauty in all diverse people. I want nothing more than to tell your love story right.

Awarded Best of Zola
I don’t even know where to start! Carmelisse was UNREAL. She was so so sooooooo wonderful to work with. My now-husband was dreading wedding photos and after the wedding he even said, ‘the photo part was actually fun’-direct quote. Carmelisse and Jon (our second shooter) made us feel so comfortable and natural and we had a blast the entire time. There were tons of changes with timing and location due to the weather, and Carmelisse was 10000% on top of it! She took charge, handled EVERYTHING, knew when sunset was, where/when to go for the best lighting, posing etc… she was just amazing. I really didn’t know what to expect—it was a destination wedding and Carmelisse took care of so many small details so I could just focus on enjoying myself. She is incredible at what she does and I’m so happy that she was the one to document our wedding! We love love LOVE the photos and her! She went above and beyond with everything and we definitely recommend working with Carmelisse!!!! SHE IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!

After looking online at many different photographers, my wife and I decided to go with Kelsey for both our engagement and wedding photos. She was an amazing photographer and super professional from the very beginning. She who was able to catch candid and planned photos of my wife and I. She made us laugh and made taking photos fun. She was able to capture a good side of me, which is no easy task. We were truly amazed at how all our photos turned out and loved them so much that we printed many of them to display in our home. Kelsey really listens to what your vision is and adds a unique, artistic and creative touch. We did a photo shoot at our wedding venue and her attention to the background/environment and details was phenomenal. With her expertise and experience, she's able to think ahead about the minor details so that things run smoothly on the big day. Her photography services were well worth the price we paid. If we could be engaged and get married again, we would definitely have Kelsey take our photos.

Fatima Elreda Photo

5.0

Los Angeles, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $4,500

I set my mind and soul to this craft about 5 years ago and my heart just grew with every couple I met and every story I learned and told through my favorite medium of photography. It is the absolute best feeling being able to photograph the genuine love and happiness a couple expels through their wedding day. Nothing can beat the emotions and the charm of that. It's an honor to be able to translate those emotions onto images so people can look back through them and get back those feelings years and decades later.

Awarded Best of Zola
My now husband and I have been working with Fatima for the last two years, since he came across her in 2021 to capture our surprise proposal. Even in our first shoot with Fatima, we found her to be kind, fun, and committed to excellence. Given our positive experience and impression of her professionalism and outputs, we went on to work with her for our subsequent engagement shoot and another special one. Fatima listens to her clients, gets an understanding of what they're looking for, and shares her perspective and feedback to ensure that her art is in line (and beyond) your expectations. She has amazing skills in playing with light and shadows, capturing candid, but editorial likes images - our friends / family kept telling us her pictures look like they're out of a magazine! We have loved getting to know and establish a relationship with her, not simply because her work is extraordinary, but also, at a personal level - she is a warm, genuine person who truly wants to deliver the BEST for you as a client. I cannot recommend her enough and you can't go wrong in scheduling her for your next big shoot!

QueHue is the photography work of Joey Jones. With over 15 years of professional photography experience, Joey Jones comes from the world of film and advertising with clients such as Disney, Microsoft, Sony Playstation, Facebook, and Mattel just to name a few. Joey’s photography style is photojournalistic, candid, romantic, spontaneous, and warm. Raised in Ohio, Joey moved to California twenty-five years ago with his wife whom he married six months earlier. A graduate of the Art Center College of Design, Joey brings his love of design, composition, and attention to detail to each and every photo.

My husband and I worked alongside Joey at a wedding a few years back. We were the videography team for the day so we were able to have an in-depth view of Joey's work as a photographer. He was very thorough, professional, and personable throughout the entire day. He ran his ideas for the overall plan for the day by not only us, but the clients and other vendors to make sure all of our expectations were met. The ceremony took place in a church and Joey was very respectful of the rules in place. The wedding day was unseasonably hot, even for July in the South, but Joey kept a smile on his face and a good attitude throughout the entire day.

Brenda Millan Photography

5.0

Pasadena, CA
  • Photojournalistic style
  • Starts at $2,000

Hello! My name is Brenda and I've resided in SoCal all of my life. Living in Los Angeles has given me the opportunity to explore many beautiful places right here in my backyard, I enjoy hiking and backpacking as well as eating all of the diverse food we can find here! How did I get into Photography? A Middle School project that required us to document our everyday lives sparked that interest and I've had a camera with me since then! Having been a bride myself a few years ago, I know how important photos are. I put myself in your shoes and make sure to document all of the small details and moments as well as the can't miss big moments!

Awarded Best of Zola
I love photos and photography was one of my must have, high quality items for our wedding. Our original photographer had to back out (with plenty of time and notice) so we found ourselves back at the drawing board several months before the wedding. I found Brenda and loved that her images showed a diverse clientele - as a plus size bride with a SO over 6’ tall, that was something that really mattered to me. By the end of our Zoom meeting I wanted to hug her! I felt confident she was the right fit. When the big day came around, not only was her presence instantly calming (things had already been going wrong that morning) but she was incredibly helpful every step of the way, including trying to find a dropped earring, closing my necklace because everyone’s nails were too long, making sure I had space to take a break when my nerves overwhelmed me. We just got some of our sneak peeks in and wow…I’m crying all over again. She captured moments between my SO and I so beautifully, you can feel the love we have for each other. It sounds cliche, but it’s true! Not only were we pleased with Brenda, our guests and wedding party all had such kind things to say about her - how many weddings have you gone to and complimented the photographer, as a guest?! If her style is one that you like, don’t hesitate to hire Brenda. I can’t wait to take more photos with her as we grow old. She was an important part of our day and, for me, the best person to have by my side throughout the chaotic day. I was so happy to have her as part of our adventurers club.

To this day (7 years later to be exact) these pictures are still my most favorites. And actually, we loved working with him so much that we called him to take some professional headshots and our holiday cards as well!

Rebecca y Las Otras

5.0

South Pasadena, CA
  • Photojournalistic style

I am a documentary wedding photographer -- I'm all about capturing real moments. In my photographs, I’m always shooting with an eye for color, light, and dynamic shadows. I integrate these technical aspects with my background in film, literature and storytelling so with every wedding, I create a series of documentary photos that recreates the authentic narrative of a day. I’m always chasing the candid, the emotional, even the un-noticed everyday details; things that make you do a double take, little moments that make your heart swell.

Awarded Best of Zola
We approached Rebecca for her photojournalistic photography, something we explicitly wanted in our wedding because we wanted those natural moments captured without looking awkward, and she astonished us by capturing so many sentimental and hilarious parts throughout our wedding. From framing to editing, the photos turned out fantastic and we love them so much! You can see raw emotion, joy, and amazement throughout them. She truly captured the feelings of the day without making us feel overly posed and orchestrated; she made it all feel natural and sometimes even seemed to disappear out of sight (although the photos prove she was there all along). She truly is an artist! We also appreciated Rebecca and Stephanie getting onto the dance floor and grooving with us while capturing hilarious moments. We highly recommend Rebecca if you want authentic, beautiful photos from someone who understands how to include cultural and personal values in your special event!

We loved our experience with Cat and Adi at Next Exit Photography. From day one they were kind, reassuring, and knowledgeable about so many parts of the wedding experience and they really felt like we were in great hands with them throughout the planning and execution of our day. Day of, photography is such a huge part of the experience, and Cat and Adi both really made us feel comfortable and filled the day with laughter, creativity, and fun! And, of course, they take amazing pictures and made us look like the best version of ourselves and our families in every photo. We have over 600 favorited photos right now, and reducing that number is proving to be quite a task because they're all so amazing. Can't thank them enough- you won't regret having them as a part of your day!

Ayyy it’s ya girl Tida (like pita)! I’m not just another photographer – I’m your hype girl, your ally, your eyes and your ears on your wedding day. I’ll be there freaking out shouting “YASSS OMG HOT FIRE ALERT” hyping you up during portraits because holy-shit you look amazing AF! I’ll be dancing circles around your guests while I shove my camera in their faces, fixing your hair when the wind gets too cray, and confidently (and loudly) directing your family portrait time. I’m a tiny ball of giant energy and gurl, it shows on your wedding day – TRUST.

From the moment we met Tida, we felt her energy was going to be a great compliment to our Wedding day. She was very easy to work with and really went above and beyond for us on several occasions. We battled crazy PNW weather and her flexibility allowed us to get fall engagement photos we were thrilled with. She crossed mountain passes during the snow storm of the year and arrived a day early to ensure she wouldn't miss a moment on our Wedding day. The result...gorgeous wedding photos we got thanks to her handy work and a foot of fresh snow!! Since then she's taken the time to do holiday mini-sessions with us that included our fabulous new fur-baby for our family Christmas cards. She stopped at nothing to get his attention! It's been great having someone we trust that feels more like a friend to help us document our journey. We look forward to her capturing many more moments to come!

I'm admittedly wary when it comes to the Wedding Industry and all of it's bells/whistles/expectations, and at the same time, I believe wholeheartedly in the power of community, love, commitment, and collective joy. I think that weddings-- in all of their forms and reclamations-- ultimately serve a great purpose in reminding us of these gifts. I come from a long line of meticulous documenters and hold a degree in Sociology, all of which informs the way I approach photography. I am curious about people, am in awe of the display of emotion, and am passionate about the ways in which we construct family and community.

Kenzie was able to effortlessly find the natural moments of our wedding that captured the joy and emotion of the day. She was able to make our photos feel more editorial instead of the cheesy stock photography wedding photos you see so much. Of course she can also do the posed family photos (which she was able to do in an organized yet relaxed way). She is a kind person you want at your wedding and has a great eye and energy that helps you remember the best things about the day.

My name is Jonathan Moore. I am a Los Angeles based wedding photographer and available worldwide. I'll get right to it: The very last thing I want is for you to think of your experience with me as a "photoshoot." I think that posed "prom" photos are totally lame and reflect absolutely nothing unique about you or your partner. After all, you are not actors pretending to be "in love," so why should your images reflect that? At the core, your images should ultimately remind you of why you fell in love in the first place. This is what we're celebrating!

Awarded Best of Zola
Jonathan was the photographer for our wedding and absolutely blew us away with his work. His photos are so gorgeous and perfectly captured the best weekend of our lives. We did a two-night wedding party on the Oregon coast, and Jonathan covered both days and both nights to make sure we had the perfect documentation of our weekend. He picked out the perfect spots for shots after the ceremony, and worked hard to get us in the best light filtering through the trees as we did a little post-ceremony hike in the rainforest. Jonathan also fit right in with our friends when he wasn't busy photographing, and our guests thought he was just one of our friends they hadn't met yet who happened to be a photographer. I would rate him 10/10 on technical photography skills and professionalism, and 11/10 as a person. Our cousin Levi, who has Down's Syndrome, attended and wanted to help photograph the wedding day. Not only was Jonathan fine with having another person photographing near him, he was giving Levi tips on how to position the subjects (us: bride and groom) in the best light and how to compose the shot, at the same time as he was doing his own shooting!! Those specific photos turned out to be magnificent and I will always remember what was going on behind the camera when I see them too. That was a really memorable moment for me and really illustrates what you can expect to get from Jonathan.

The kind of work I do within the wedding photography genre is very distinct - every image stands on its own as a thoughtful composition as if from a cinematic art house film or high-end commercial/editorial shoot. My color grading is immediately identifiable and unique - developed through years of studying color theory - uncommon today in a sea of 'presets' that other photographers purchase on the internet for they have no knowledge of how to build their own. My compositions are often quirky, surprising, different. I always attempt to show a point of view that's uncommon and fascinating to the viewer.

Welcome to Emily Joy Photography// Bright, bold, and colorful. Southern California based photography capturing weddings, family, and individuals. My mission is to capture great photos of you and help you feel confident while doing so! What I love most about photography is watching how it can boost confidence. I love working with people and watching them let loose and have fun during our shoots. I am prepared to guide and equip you with confidence and plenty of prompts/poses! I relate providing a gallery of beautiful photos to making an amazing home cooked meal. I put my heart and soul into it and love watching others enjoy it!

Emily was absolutely wonderful to work with! She offered a free engagement shoot with the 8 hour wedding day package and we jumped at it. We had a meeting with her ahead of the engagement shoot which helped the day go smoothly. We felt very at ease with her which allowed us to get some really cute photos. She had a very calming and easy-going presence that made it a fun time to get our photos. Ahead of the wedding day itself, she again met with us to discuss photo options. I gave her a shot list of everything I wanted to get as well as a Pinterest board full of ideas, and she made sure to get all of them and more! I would highly recommend her if you're looking for a photographer.

Hi! I'm Hannah, your So Cal (but traveling) elopement and intimate wedding photographer! I'm so glad you're here. My photography style is a documentary/natural photographer. This means I'm more about documenting your moments and helping you create genuine smiles/moments in photos, opposed to just posing you, i want you to dance and have fun, snuggle into your partner and get those intimate moments. (I'll of course help you figure out what to do with your hands, because lets me honest, even I don't know what to do with my hands in photos. Haha) I love traveling, I love adventure, and I love making friends out of my clients.

Hannah is definitely one of my preferred vendors. Her photos are beautiful and overall she was the most pleasant, fun and easy to work with photographer I have had! Couldn't refer her enough!

Jonathan and Elisabeth were so incredible to work with! I got married in November 2019 and Jonathan was my lead photographer - he has an incredible eye for detail. Before each picture he made sure my hair looked perfect and was even asking people to take things out of their pockets so they didn’t show in the pictures. Before my wedding I had concerns that there would not be enough lighting during the reception and I should never have worried, Jonathan made sure all photos were naturally lit and looked gorgeous. I continuously get compliments on my pictures. I searched so long to find the perfect photographer and I am so happy I found Jonathan and Elisabeth! They were such a pleasure to work with, I would suggest them to everyone!

Elyana Photography

Los Angeles, CA

I believe the best photos occur when... artistry and intentionality meet moments of heartfelt connection. I'll guide you towards the dreamiest light and offer unobtrusive direction that lends to natural movements and sincere emotion. I also slow things down and help re-center everyone, creating space for beautiful moments to unfold, like mom fluffing your veil, dad's expression when he sees you all dressed up, and fleeting looks between you and your partner.

I cannot recommend Elyana enough! I wanted dreamy photos that were candid-esque so I got really excited when I came across her website. I honestly had no idea what to expect when working with a professional photographer but her service was exceptional. She's super friendly, easy-going, efficient, and communicative. Everything went unbelievably smoothly. We had Elyana for 2 hours during our elopement and she made it so fun and easy to be in front of a camera. She provided a lot of much-needed direction and our session went by so quickly and smoothly. She even helped grab my veil when I forgot it in my suite! I'm not photogenic so I was nervous about looking like a total derp after many wonderful vendors had put so much work into my hair, makeup, dress, and florals... But her artistic sense and prompting really made for some amazing pictures. She works fast! Sneak peeks and full gallery were received well before their promise dates. Granted, it probably helped that we only had a 2 hour elopement session, but the speedy turnaround time is super appreciated nonetheless. The one struggle I have from working with her is trying to pick which beautiful images will be displayed in our home. Thank you so much for these photos that we will cherish forever!

We are Sienna plus Josh, adventure elopement photographers [who also eloped!] in 2011 and we have been shooting weddings and adventuring ever since. We are here to help you navigate the path of forging your OWN path. Going the adventure elopement route is intimate, authentic, and empowering...with a day that is truly reflective of your relationship and defines the two of you! One of the best things about eloping is that you get to throw away the rule book and write your own. Whether that is spending your wedding day on a mountaintop in Oregon, among the waterfalls in Iceland, or the warm desert of California.

Sienna and Josh were so helpful with our elopement. They went above and beyond to make the event as fun and easy going as possible. Their suggestions for locations and floral arrangements were perfect! They really helped our elopement plans take shape and made us feel comfortable so we could each our special day to the fullest! They took the time to get to know us and take unique photos that captured the day perfectly. We were very happy with the final result and impressed with the amount of dedication and kindness that they showed to us.

I took up photography at the ripe age of 11 with a Polaroid I borrowed from an aunt. It quickly became my sketchbook as I worked to capture stills of the world and people around me. Those images have continued to pay emotional dividends throughout my life, helping me better understand what I have now come to see through a new scope. They are grounding, melancholic, funny and beautiful. Some of my most cherished possessions.

Hands down the best photographer for your wedding! Thank you Daniel for our memories!

We're a Scottish duo living our best lives in Los Angeles! We appreciate unpopular TV shows, all the vegan food, and a good old road trip. But our most favorite thing is our two fur-kids (bunnies!). We are not typical wedding photographers, that is for certain. We go against the usual grain, and that's exactly how we like it to roll. Normal is boring. Well, for us, at least. Not just for the 'wild at heart' and 'free-spirited'. For e v e r y o n e. And we mean it. We don't discriminate. Ever.

Asking The Hendrys to photograph our wedding was one of the easiest decisions we made during the planning process and also one of the best. They are incredible and did such a great job capturing our vibe and the feeling of the day. They are also the nicest people ever and instantly made us and everyone in our wedding party feel at home in front of the camera! Pro tip, we asked them to take our engagement photos so we could all get to know each other before the big day, and I strongly recommend others follow suit. The price was very reasonable and the photos are INCREDIBLE. My only regret is that we don't have another major life event in the near future so we can hang with them again/star in more of their amazing work!

I love colorful, full of fun, romantic, true-to-you weddings! A little about me, Ariel! I can't live without love, beautiful in-season flowers all over my house and adventure. I've been lucky enough to photograph weddings for the past 10 years; over 200 weddings!

Ariel shot my husband and I's Long Beach art district engagement session and our Joshua Tree anniversary shoot. I wasn't lucky enough to have Ariel photograph my actual wedding, but hopefully, you will be able to swoop her up because she is a gem! The testament to a great wedding photographer isn't just that they capture beautiful photos, but that they communicate and listen to you as a couple and make you feel at ease. Ariel is incredibly professional and makes sure she understands what you want out of your images, while also bringing her expertise and experience to capture those special moments that will bring you joy. You are in safe hands with Ariel if you're not comfortable in front of the camera or are afraid of looking awkward because she takes the time to help bring out that natural smile and loosen you up. I know this because I'm a self-proclaimed adorkable person who can get super awkward in front of a camera, and Ariel has a way of gently suggesting a better angle/shot or inspiring a more natural smile. She doesn't just click a button but is looking at the photo she is capturing to ensure she is snapping a beautiful image. Ariel also doesn't heavily treat her images with dramatic filters. She just brings out the beautiful colors and light of the day. If you want simply beautiful images, Lark & Lavender is the way to go! When you hire Lark & Lavender, you're not just hiring a wedding photographer but a creative artist who has a vision for capturing every beautiful and memorable moment of your day, plus she just makes you instantly feel relaxed and at ease which is essential on what can sometimes be a very stressful day.

We are Desi and Tammy Mendoza, a husband-and-wife photography team that has been photographing weddings and portraits for over 9 years. We love many things, but the one thing that drew us to wedding photography is our love of people. We genuinely cherish every moment we get to spend with the people we meet. By becoming a part of the wedding day as much any member of the wedding party, we have the unique ability to capture the unplanned and raw moments, all while making you feel comfortable in your own skin. Our style can be described as natural, unforced, and moment-driven.

Our best & fastest decision for our wedding was who would take our pictures! We met Desi & Tammy while they took engagement pictures for Darrel’s cousins wedding. We ended up tagging along on the photo shoot, had so much fun, and loved all the pictures! When it came to our wedding it was a no brainer. They went above and beyond to take our engagement pictures at these sand dunes & a brewery that we’re nowhere near each other. It was windy and sand was everywhere, but they were able to make it all look so beautiful! When it came to our wedding, they were amazing! We were so nervous and they made us both so comfortable while taking pictures. I also love how Tammy takes full control over getting the right people for pictures and making sure everyone listens to photo instructions - especially for big groups! Our pictures turned out so amazing and we love them so much! Our vendors loved them too and used them for advertisements on their websites and company magazines! In all, they are sooo incredibly amazing at what they do and we’re definitely using them for all the milestones in our lives !

My superpower is the way I connect with your vision. I see you guys on the best day of your lives. I see how well you two fit together, how in love you are, how perfect it all looks. And then I use my camera to make sure that’s exactly how you look in your photos. As someone who grew up *hating* all photos of me, I'm ultra aware of that for others. I still cringe a little when I think about having my photo taken, but I’ve found that it’s always easier when a friend is there to keep me laughing. My sense of humor (and obsession with bad puns) is the perfect way to break the ice for effortless, fun photos that help you feel your best!

I have nothing but great things to say about Pam Jeanne Photography. We are based in Indonesia but planned to do an elopement somewhere in Los Angeles. We reached out to Pam and scheduled a phone call to discuss and make plans. Out of our discussion with Pam, she suggested going out to Joshua Tree, which really struck a chord with us. Pam also helped us with the details, guiding us through the paperwork and permits, so that come wedding day everything would go smoothly. And smoothly it went! Pam got a lot of great photos of us in Joshua Tree, not the least of which are a lot of surprisingly delightful candid moments which are our favorites. I am passionate about the humanity and compassion I infuse into my work and making genuine connections with the people who choose me as a Photographer, Coordinator, or Officiant. I am inspired to create images that break down societal norms and show that all kinds of people and love are valid and beautiful. My style is modern, natural, romantic, whimsical, candid, and bold.

Where do we begin with Emily!? Honestly, from start to finish she made my wife and I feel so comfortable and supported. As a same sex couple we had had a few odd experiences reaching out to photographers and with Emily it was like night and day difference. She honestly made us feel so seen, not just as a couple, but as people. My wife is definitely not used to being the center of attention and Emily somehow captured our essences in every photo. We absolutely love her candids and her ability to capture the emotions of such a special day for us. We did an engagement shoot with her before our wedding as well and we couldn't be happier with how every single photo turned out. Even almost a year later, our wedding guests still comment on how incredible our pictures came out and that they were so much better than the "traditional" posed and staged photos, because she somehow captured us. I could go on and on, but for us, Emily felt like a member of the family and we couldn't have been happier about our experience with her. She kept us on schedule and answered questions for us along the way. Honestly, we can't think of anyone who would have been a better fit for us and for our wedding. Truly the best in the business - if you're looking for a photographer, hire her immediately!

I’m a Los Angeles wedding photographer. I live near the ocean with my partner Joel and our many plants. I’m from the Midwest originally, Indiana, to be exact. I've published a beautiful coffee table book about independent comedy in Los Angeles with portraits shot on my 4x5 camera, am a big ACFC fan, and love old movies on TCM. I want you to have the most fun ever on your wedding day, and I’ll be there to capture it all—the laughter, tearful vows, unforgettable moments, all the big feels, and, of course, the epic dance parties. We’ll even sprinkle in some beautiful portraits along the way. Relaxed. Candid. You.

I hired Mandee after seeing her work and falling in love with her way of beautifully capturing emotions, places and events from creative and intimate perspectives. She was a calming presence throughout the day, assuring a nervous me that I was killing it, while simultaneously taking truly stunning photos. Everything was run on time, she took all pictures on all families' lists, and there was no drama. Finally, the pictures were just gorgeous. 5 stars! Book her if you can!

Welcome! I’m Jose, a Southern California wedding & portrait photographer. It's about more than hiring someone to hold a camera and snap a few pics. Wedding photography is about carefully crafting and capturing the moments of your big day in a way that beautifully tells the story of your love. Our images have been described as candid, emotional, moody romantic, airy and timeless. My photography evokes feelings of genuine love & affection and strive to capture such moments throughout the day so that you both can remember all the little details. Our goal is to create images that tell the story of your wedding day in the best way possible.

Jose is such a pleasure to work with and his work is STUNNING! He has such a calm & positive energy, which is always appreciated on a wedding day. On top of that, he's highly skilled at both photo AND video. He's attentive to the details and is diligent about capturing the range of unique & personal touches. That being said, he's also fantastic at capturing those candid & special moments that we all hope to see. His technical skills are top-notch and his work is absolutely gorgeous. He really is a gem of a person, a photographer, and a videographer. Highly recommend!!!

Los Angeles wedding photographer specializing in weddings, events, and all of life’s celebrations. Daria Taylor Photography believes that moments are meant to be captured genuinely, in all of their silly, messy, tearful, and vibrant authenticity. With a special aptitude for capturing the outdoors and a proclivity for finding beauty in the little moments, DTP is ready to capture all of the magic as it unfolds.

Daria photographed our wedding last year and we absolutely LOVE our photos. We had to make several changes to our day and party details due to COVID, and Daria went above and beyond to work with us in spite of all of the rescheduling and changes. She really focused on capturing family photos of the people closest to us who could make it and I love the emotion in all the photos! I would highly recommend working with her to capture your wedding day.

I am just a regular, simple girl...with a pretty awesome job! I get to meet such great, genuine people, while doing something I have always been passionate about. I get to be a part of huge milestones in my clients' lives. For that, I am grateful. Sometimes, I gain new friendships as well, seeing clients again and again because they have entrusted ME to continue to capture their memories. Amazing!

As a mom to 4, getting everyone’s attention for family photos can be difficult, but Regina handled it with ease! Her photos decorate many walls in our home. As a fellow wedding vendor, Regina is so easy to work with! Replies to questions fast, makes our couples feel beautiful and gets amazing shots!

The naked eye is pretty magical, but it can't see everything at once. There are little things that might go unnoticed in the flurry of a moment, but the reason that I love photography so much is because the camera picks up where your eyes leave off. I photograph not only to capture a feeling, but to elicit one as well. I want you (and your mom) to laugh and cry when you look at your photos. So much is happening on a wedding day, it's difficult to take it all in and process it all in the moment.

Julie was an absolute joy to have photograph our wedding. She arrived early to our first location and was immediately in the thick of things, hanging back to photograph natural moments and also expertly herding family/wedding party when needed to get group shots. Neither my wife nor I have much experience being photographed, but Julie made our pre-ceremony portrait session fun and natural. And the absolute range of emotion and tone in the final gallery—from moody, ethereal portraits to energetic reception shots full of love and laughter—made me feel like I got to experience the whole day all over again. Highly recommend!

Based in Los Angeles, Marissa's work has taken her all over the country and around the world. She is best known for combining her creative, documentary moments with artistic portraits. As a huge animal lover, Marissa also dedicates some of her professional time to photographing shelter animals to help place them in their forever homes.

I feel incredibly lucky to have had Marissa shoot 5 events with me in 2015. Words cannot express my gratitude for Marissa's authenticity and dedication to her craft in fine art photography. Marissa is a true pleasure to work with as she is flexible to meet the needs of her clients and punctual with deadlines and turn-around-times. From our engagement photoshoot in March 2015 through our wedding weekend in August 2015, I am in constant awe of the final photographs which capture raw, emotional moments in unique and creative perspectives. I was so comfortable working with Marissa from photoshoot planning to the final products (including prints, albums, canvas and float wraps for our apartment) - I can't wait to book her for more events in the future!

I'm Marlyn, 27, Bubbly, Enthusiastic, Always Smiling, Creative. I am a sucker for a good cup of coffee in a cute coffee shop. If anyone were to describe me, they'd say that I laugh for EVERYTHING. I consider myself to be quirky and weird, and I definitely bring that to all my sessions and weddings. I am also a great listener and very compassionate, I will be there for you on your wedding day to make sure you are taken care of.

Marlyn truly is more than just a photographer, she is an amazing friend! Marlyn has shot our photos both for our engagement and now our wedding. Both times, we felt so comfortable with Marlyn taking our photos. It felt more like hanging out with a friend than being in a photoshoot. She guided us and helped us every step of the way! Our wedding took place at a community plaza and I was honestly a bit worried at first if the place was "picturesque" enough for the photos. But Marlyn is so talented and she really could see the beauty in everything! We got our sneak peek gallery and we're already so in love! The photos look stunning! We truly are so thankful for her, not only because she makes us look so amazing in all our photos but we also feel like we lucked out meeting such a sweet and genuine soul!

Call me your candid emotion curator! I consider myself to be an illustrator of love stories, here to capture your wedding day naturally as it unfolds! My style is a blend of curated candid moments and directing you through poses that are natural and authentic to you and your relationship.

We feel so fortunate to have found Jasmine! We clicked with her personality immediately and felt like we could truly be ourselves, which is so important to capture in photos. We don’t feel comfortable in front of the camera, but she made it easier and was able to fool the world into thinking we might be photogenic. Jasmine took our engagement photos first, which helped us get to know each other, and we had a low-pressure opportunity to get the hang of the process before the big day. And when it came to the wedding day, Jasmine and her husband were so on top of it. The turnaround to get the full gallery was so quick and it was such a joy to relive the memories through the beautiful photos. They captured so many key moments perfectly, especially the candids. The wedding day was such a blur for us, so this photo gallery is precious. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Not only did we find a truly wonderful photographer, but we feel we found a friend.

In this crazy and beautiful life, I'm caught by the moments. I'm a photojournalist and I mainly photograph weddings and families. You're probably drawn to my work because of real stories and moments. You will not hear me asking you to "pretend" to put on earrings, shoes or a fake smile or telling you what you "should" do and where to look. (Well, except for portrait/group photos...) Your photos will not only tell your own unique story but will take you back to those genuine moments and emotions you felt. Seriously, wouldn't that be the absolute BEST way to re-live your life?

Photography has been my passion since I was a teenager. Through the years after college, I was fortunate enough to work alongside some amazing photographers such as Nick Vedros, Ron Berg, Annie Leibovitz, and Steven Klein. They instilled a work ethic and dedication to my craft and love for photography. It wasn’t until after I married my wife Jillian, of 100 Layer Cake, that I took notice of the wedding industry. For ten years now, I’ve been traveling the globe documenting the lives of couples, families, and friends, and telling their stories through my lens.
