Everyone I talked to about our wedding stated one thing: “You will be so busy on your wedding day, it will be a blur.” I thought that was an overstatement, but cliches are true for a reason: weddings can be stressful and schedules can be packed. However, even if the day was a blur, Makito captured all the perfect moments that helped us remember our special day. Working with Makito was superb. He was professional, yet also friendly. My wife and I were thoroughly able to enjoy our wedding and not stressing over if he would catch “every shot”. The candid photos came out perfect and I never felt like he was intrusive in our intimate moments. However, during the times we had to pose, Makito coached us every step of the way with his experience and knowledge of framing, lighting, etc. Although our wedding day had moments of overcast and rain, which would have devastated some couples, Makito used his environment to create a “moody” aesthetic which turned out amazing (we frequently get complimenting our “dark” photos). Finally, Makito has an amazing sense of story telling and artistry in his photos. I felt that the photos he took and edited helped tell a story of our wedding, but also our love. Many couples are stressed over enough things during the wedding preparations, but pictures shouldn’t be one of them. I would argue that photos are the most important investment you can make for your wedding day especially as time progresses and forget some of the details of the day. Having good photos is like being at your wedding all over again and investing in Makito is worth every penny.

We asked Makito-san to take our second daughter's Shichi-Go-San photos at age 7. Thanks to Makito-san's gentle nature, even when small accidents happened, we were able to complete the shoot until the very end. The photos turned out perfectly for this once-in-a-lifetime 7-year-old milestone, and we're also very satisfied with the family photos.

Makito took our graduation pictures for my sister and I, and we loved his professionalism and guidance throughout the process. We can definitely say we recommend his services for anyone looking to take professional pictures. We will be using him again for future pictures. Thank you!!
