We hired Nate, Vanessa & Keren to shoot our welcome party and wedding and HOLY COW they blew us away! From our first meetings over Zoom, we knew we'd made the right choice. Aside from their obviously gorgeous work, we chose them because their vibe is so down to earth, comforting, and fun. During the two parties, they were efficient and blended right in with our guests so all of our pictures felt organic, which was important to us. We opted to do half on film, half on digital and were completely speechless at how it all turned out. The cherry on top was how quickly we got our pictures back: we got the email one month after our wedding while we were on our honeymoon! So special to relive that day in that setting, and we were so impressed with that turnaround. We already know we'll be hiring this team down the road once we start a family. Their work is so, so special. We truly can't recommend them strongly enough! We wish we could give 10 stars!!

Most calming presence!!

Nate and his team were our favorite vendor we worked with. They have the most calming presence and prevent anything from stressing you out. They are incredibly go with the flow and never push you to do anything you don’t want to. They have great suggestions as well. The photos are so special and genuine. We opted for very few staged photos and yet they were able to capture so many intimate moments that are so much more representative of the weekend. 10/10!!! Would book them over and over again. Thank you Nate, Karen and Karen!!

A memory to relive for a lifetime!

Working with The Shalom Imaginative was one of the best investments we made for our wedding day. The way they capture moments are unlike any other. I look at my images and see the story unfolding all over again. From the little details, big moments and everything in between, I look at these images regularly and instantly relive the adventure all over again. Their aesthetic is one that will not disappoint. I am so grateful for the real connection that happened through these moments and the forever friends that The Shalom Imaginative have come to be.

Where to begin? As a photographer myself, I thought I'd have a really hard time choosing a wedding photographer, but when I saw Nate and Amanda's work, my search was over. If you're having trouble choosing a photographer/videographer, you can stop here. Nate and his second shooter, Ashley were an absolute dream to work with. They made us so comfortable and actually helped in ways I wasn't expecting. They kept us on time so we didn't miss any important moments but still managed to capture everything we wanted with ease. They simultaneously grabbed video while shooting photos without interruption. Nate is creative and will work with you to figure out the best settings and ways to capture who you are as a couple and document the day so you never forget it. Cannot thank The Shalom Imaginative enough for their creative collaboration and attention to detail!

Photography was one of the most important parts of our wedding planning from the moment we got engaged. We knew these photos would be the one thing we’d have forever, so we spent a lot of time researching before finding The Shalom Imaginative through our venue.
