I'm a digital and film Wedding Photographer in Los Angeles, CA. I'm trilingual and multicultural -- and it's my favorite thing about me. I will travel Southern California for your love story, from San Diego to LA, to Santa Barbara. My style is documentary and photojournalistic with a bit of an editorial and creative charm. I do not bend and sway with the trends of the current day, instead I focus on your unique wedding day to capture timeless imagery. As the moments unfold before me, I will help tell your story. I want you to look back on your images and be able to still feel the emotions within them for decades to come, truly.

I think that one of the major details that sets me apart from others is my approach. Getting to know you on a personal level is part of the way I approach capturing your relationship on camera. I want there to be a real and true connection between us. This helps me translate your personality into the images I take. It also allows our work to go much more smoothly, more genuinely, and it helps me photograph your love and partnership more honestly and creatively. My heart lies in capturing your genuine feelings in both digital and film photography (and Polaroid photos).

Dreamy photography for our wedding
It was so important for Rachel and I to connect with the person photographing our wedding and capturing these special moments. Since we spoke with Fatima over Zoom we felt immediately so comfortable with her, comfortable in the knowledge that she understood what we wanted, had a vision that aligned and was just such a great vibe as a person! Fatima photographed both our church wedding and then a second celebration the following day, using a mix of digital and film, and making us feel comfortable and authentic throughout the entire weekend. Honestly I couldn't wish for a better person to have come on this little journey with us, we are so happy with the result and we are forever grateful for the memories she has gifted us through her photography. Highly recommend working with her!

Best choice we made our entire wedding
Fatima was THE BEST choice we made for our entire wedding! I mean this sincerely! Starting with the engagement photos, she made us feel so comfortable and at ease. Neither my wife nor I like getting our pictures taken but she did such an amazing job at making the experience pleasant and stress free. On our wedding day, she came with a full team and covered EVERYTHING and more! Her and her team were professional, friendly, and overall amazing! So wonderful to work with!
Fatima was such an incredible photographer (and person) to work with! Fatima was on a recommended vendors list my wedding planner, Koral Gerwatosky, provided me. When looking for a wedding photographer, I was really drawn to photojournalism photography style -- focusing on capturing the real, unscripted story of the day through candid and authentic moments. Fatima will do just that. The minute I saw her portfolio, and spoke with her over Zoom for our a consultation, I felt confident that she would capture our wedding beautifully. I went with her 8hr photo coverage with film photography polaroids, plus an engagement session. I love that she offers film photography polaroid shots alongside digital. It added the perfect touch of nostalgia and warmth that I love to our wedding gallery. Fatima was so easy to work with. We unfortunately had to postpone our wedding date from May 2025 to October 2025. She was so accommodating with moving dates. We were unable to do our engagement session before the wedding, but Fatima was more than happy to reschedule that for the new year. Despite only having met her over zoom and email (given we were not able to do the engagement session prior to our wedding), Fatima was so kind, warm and great at making you feel comfortable when shooting. I can feel awkward in front of the camera, but Fatima was so helpful in giving direction, shooting quickly and discretely. She was so efficient when shooting. We did a first look for our wedding, and we finished our family friends portraits w/ a few minutes to spare. It never felt rushed or overwhelming. During the ceremony, cocktail and reception, she was great at capturing everything behind the scenes, hardly being noticed or seen. It allowed us to really be in the moment. Because of that, she was able to capture so many beautiful, candid moments of our friends and family from that night. My husband and I are so happy with our wedding gallery and couldn’t recommend Fatima enough! She was able to capture our love so perfectly, along with the love and joy of our friends and family. If you are searching for a photographer who is able to tell a story through photos, Fatima is your person. We are grateful to her for giving us such a beautiful gallery we can cherish for years to come. We are so excited to get to work with her again in January for a family session!

I love shooting film when my couple communicates that they really appreciate it too. It's a very nostalgic thing for me and I find it to be very special. 35mm Film photography can be added for $85/roll as a bonus for photo sessions; it is included in all but the 6hr Wedding Collections to add that something extra sweet to your wedding gallery. My main focus is still digital photos, film is a beautiful bonus for that special nostalgia.

The engagement sessions are a bonus that I include with every wedding collection because I want to get to know you and form a connection with you before your big day. We will create a session that best fits your needs. This can include you and your partner enjoying a quiet morning together in your home, or we can go to a beautiful location. The possibilities and ideas are endless. If you are unable to do an engagement session because you are out of state, we can add an hour to your day instead. Opting out of an engagement session will not lower the cost of your wedding collection.

My shooting style consists of a photo journalistic, intimate, and true to life approach. I try and strike a balance between who you are as a couple and my own experiences behind the camera as a photographer. As I direct you, I strive to let your personalities and love do the posing. For the most part, it'll feel like we're hanging out. I don't pose you heavily, I want the time we spend together to feel natural. I find that I photograph a couple best when we're collaborating and there's vulnerability on both sides.

For couples, engagements, and families, my timeline for delivering photos is 2 weeks. For elopements, it's 3-4 weeks. And for weddings it's between 4-6 weeks.

Absolutely! I will go wherever your love story takes you. I will create an all-encompassing invoice that will include travel to your wedding collection to make it simple and sweet.

Believe it or not, I hear this sentiment from almost all of my couples. The beauty is that you are hiring me to make sure you look natural and comfortable in your photos. It's part of my job to ensure you have a beautiful experience and end up with imagery that feels comfortable and feels like you and your love. None of my couples are professional models, come to me in love and trust me to do the rest.

For couples and engagements I average about 75-125. For weddings and elopements I average about 50 per hour. If I love the image, I will work on it and it will be in your gallery. You will get every photos that is beautiful and helps tell the story of your day.
