I’m originally from Port Hueneme, California and started my DJ career in 2002 renting DJ equipment to clubs, the radio station, and DJ’s in Ventura County. I left the area in 2004 working for the Navy. In 2006 I found my way to Washington, D.C. which is the #2 wedding market in the US where I started doing weddings. Immediately I fell in love with weddings as I enjoyed making each couples day special. In 2017 my wife and I decided that we wanted to be closer to family so we moved back to California in 2017. In 2024 we decided we missed the East coast and we landed in Jacksonville, NC. I bring wedding experience from working on both coasts.

She runs Lune River Harp Studio, which seeks to instill an admiration for the musical arts, inspire students to reach their full potential, and create lasting memories with each performance. Known for her passionate and masterful performances, Bethany plays regularly as a soloist and ensemble member. She has dedicated herself to learning the harp so that she can help others experience its beauty, and to this end, she received her Masters of Music in Harp Performance from the University of Michigan.

I am a classical harpist with over twenty years of experience, and I love working with couples to add a magical touch to their special day. I have a full repertoire of classical and romantic music, and I arrange my own medleys and popular music as well! I have performed in weddings in North Carolina, California and Tennessee and with the Stanford Symphony Orchestra and the American Youth Harp Ensemble. Some of my favorite performances were touring renowned concert halls in Austria including St. Peter's Cathedral and Melk Abbey. Now, I'm based in Asheville, NC and work with students of all ages sharing the joys of the harp.

David Malachi, better known by his stage name DJ Motiv, is a DJ and songwriter based in North Carolina. Never afraid to go too deep, his emotive musical selections is his own therapy. Growning up on his father’s eclectic combination of soul music (Frankie Beverly & Maze , Erykah Badu), Funk (Parliament, Marvin Gaye), synth-infused 80s music (Depeche Mode, Gary Numan)… all which became infused with his own love for both hip-hop and video game music, DJ Motiv ended up with quite a mixed spectrum of musical influence. Today, this translates into sets where he picks apart and infuses together all the pieces of this music that he loves best.
