“This is going to be a lengthy, transparent and highly emotional review, so buckle up y’all. I found Natalie on Facebook and absolutely loved her work. She was running a promotion so I scheduled a consultation and we talked on the phone. I immediately loved her. You can tell she loves what she does and our personalities meshed so well! Well in advance of our big day, Natalie checked in multiple times to see if we had any questions and was always super responsive in general. Leading up to the wedding she was communicative and PATIENT with us. Day-of, Natalie and her team were better than they had even prepared me for. I cannot say enough about them. Natalie, Stephanie and Casey are spectacular humans that happen to be spectacular at what they do. They were there early, worked with a very tight schedule and an array of unique requests, made sure I ate and had drinks, and removed the cat temporary tattoos I (irresponsibly lol) put on my face for pictures and (AND VIDEO). Natalie, thank you for providing the best experience from day one and thank you for the photos you have given us, they mean more to us than you know and you are just wonderful. Stephanie, thank you for constantly being on the lookout. You took fantastic care of me and helped me find my things, keep my dress safe and made me feel truly special. He was accommodating to last minute changes to make the most of the session and even went above and beyond to make it happen. Upon first impression, he was upbeat and had a vision. “Erica is such a delight to have on your biggest day, and I can honestly say, the one who calmed my nerves when she arrived. She could sense their was anxiety regarding scheduling/falling behind, but she made the entire room laugh and relieved much of the pressure from my shoulders. Many of our guests complimented her during the wedding, and complimented her professionalism as well as her care free personality. She made taking pictures a breeze and even assisted on contacting the correct venue personnel when our venue's plumbing faltered. She has been a blessing to work with the past year, and I prayed to meet for someone like Erica on our wedding day. “MSMP Media was the perfect choice for our wedding. Beyond the fact that their editing style was what we were looking for with bright photos, their team was incredible. We had the pleasure of working with their West Michigan Team. Jordan was fantastic and even got me a small birthday gift because my wedding was on my birthday! It was small details like this that really made our experience so great. She was great at getting us ready for photos with great directions. None of the wedding party were huge "photo" people, but she made us feel comfortable to allow for such great photos. Her eye for shots was fantastic. We have gotten so many compliments on our photos from everyone that we have shared them with! Beyond the photos themselves and the actual wedding day, Marisa had great communication. We received sneak peak photos within a day of the wedding and had the entire album less than a month out of the wedding. From what we have been told, this is a great timeline. We are so happy to have booked MSMP!”
