We have multiple locations and flexible options for any kind of weather. We cater to low-stress, common sense, and reasonably priced weddings by having everything pre-decorated for you, you just need to provide your colors and personal items. We take care of set up and take down, provide all tables, chairs, linens, and we even offer a variety of misc. wedding items that you may borrow. We are newly built venue that opened in July of 2021. If you are looking for a "chic & classy" venue with quiet, picturesque views and beautiful sunsets, Ivory Meadows is your place! With natural rolling meadows, you will be in awe from the moment you pull into the winding driveway viewing the white barn on top of the hill. The lush green grass surrounds the venue with also a 2 acre wild flower field. When couples walk inside, they love the almost 30 foot high ceiling and the 5 aged iron elegant chandeliers. Our couples love the " white distressed shiplap" on the 3 walls and the ceiling, creating a beautiful backdrop for pictures. This blank canvas allows couples to create the look that they desire! Do as little or as much as you'd like. It's flexible enough to make it formal or even rustic if you like! The photo opportunities are endless with the different views on the rolling meadows. Our heated and screened in patio allows us to use this space all year for cocktail hour!

Our barn is over 100 years old and we added on a new barn onto it. Together they can seat up to 200 people for a wedding reception. We have added beautiful bistro lighting so not a lot of additional decorating is needed. You have your choice of 4 different outdoor ceremony sites. A grain bin gazebo on a stamped cement pad with bistro lighting is available to be used as a ceremony site or the setting for cocktail hour / outdoor bar. The bridal party has the admissions barn to use for wedding prep and the room on the back of our new restroom building is where the groomsmen can get ready in.

The OT Farms is available for rental on a year-round basis. Each rental and event is structured as a one of a kind experience. Offering a two day weekend package allows you sufficient time to build the event of your dreams. No event should be rushed and The OT Farms believes heavily in this concept. Through a combination of your vendors, coordinators and The OT Farms staff, we strive to make your event one for the ages.  With the typical weekend package you can begin decorating on Day 1 and hold your rehearsal with dinner that evening. On Day 2 bridal party guests may begin arriving at 9 a.m. to prepare for the big day. We believe your day should be as stress free as possible. We focus on the quality of your big day than ushering quantity in and out of our doors. We want you to take advantage of our three day rental to maximize your event potential. We are the Boswell family. Wolf Run Acres is concept that came about after hosting our daughters weddings and struggling to find the country setting they wanted. After hosting one on this site under a tent we rented, we decided this is a beautiful setting for a wedding venue. We wanted to give our guests a beautiful dream country wedding, but design it to be more industrial and modern and less rustic than comparable venues. Our hope is to give each couple, a unique, beautiful setting while ensuring they have the wedding of their dreams. We work with each couple from the time we meet them through their day, making sure we meet all their needs and coordinating with their vendors to ensure they have as stress free and enjoyable day as possible.

Heritage Golf Club offers a great place to hold a wedding reception, rehearsal dinner or bridal shower. Third Street building, which was 18,000 sq. ft. filled with abandoned clothes and trash when we purchased it. But over the last 10 years, we have worked to clean it out, restore all of its services, and renovate it to become Dayton's newest music & event venue.
