With a historic log cabin backdrop, this space is perfect for couples seeking an intimate, rustic ceremony surrounded by nature. At its heart stands a charming iron wishing well fountain — a storybook centerpiece that adds timeless character and makes for a perfect photo backdrop. Framed by a lighted wooden arbor, winding brick pathways, wildflower beds, and majestic forest oaks, the space invites guests to explore hidden alcoves and soak in the beauty of nature. It’s an ideal setting for ceremonies, receptions, and gatherings that feel both intimate and enchanting.

Located beside the historic Oakhurst Home, the Oakhurst Patio offers a charming brick courtyard surrounded by vibrant sunken gardens and shaded trees. This intimate space blends classic beauty with timeless character—ideal for romantic ceremonies or cozy receptions. Surrounded by lush greenery and timeless architecture, it’s an ideal setting for elegant ceremonies, garden parties, and unforgettable moments beneath the open sky.

The Cantina is located on the main floor of our museum and features near floor-to-ceiling windows for exquisite outdoor views to watch the sun set over the East Lawn. Accommodates up to 120 for a seated dinner reception or 150 for a standing cocktail reception. Guests must arrive after museum closes to the public.

Framed by Minnetrista’s historic homes and overlooking the scenic White River, this venue offers a timeless backdrop that’s both grand and naturally beautiful — perfect for unforgettable celebrations under the open sky.

This second-floor space is surrounded by large windows, giving your guests an incredible view of the White River, the Catalyst sculpture, and historic Ball family homes. Best suited for small, intimate gatherings such as rehearsal dinners, cocktail receptions or sunset ceremonies.

Outfitted with wrought iron tables and umbrellas, it provides a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere — ideal for morning coffees, afternoon socials, or intimate evening receptions beneath the sky.

Filled with natural light and featuring comfortable seating, clothing racks, and plenty of room to relax, it's the perfect place to share special moments before walking down the aisle. Both rooms are equipped with plenty of power outlets and large, shuttered windows to let in lots of natural light (or allow for privacy). These rooms are located across the hall from the restrooms and are available all day for your convenience.

Equipped with a user-friendly audiovisual system, it offers a professional yet welcoming environment designed to support seamless presentations, productive discussions, and memorable networking experiences.
