Situated in Columbus Grove, OH, Black Bird Farm is a contemporary farm and wedding venue. A rural and homey location in Northwest Ohio for weddings with a traditional edge, this farm possesses a welcoming and sophisticated atmosphere. For a memorable wedding where you can express your commitment and celebrate your love, enjoy this peaceful and beautiful location. Black Bird Farm boasts 150 acres of lush farmland, a reflection of the pride of America’s breadbasket. Midwestern charm permeates this rustic location while large, open skies blanket it in the grandeur of nature. On the property is a turn-of-the-century farmhouse and complementary barn that gives the location a storied and historical romance. The barn boasts 4,500 square feet, allowing you enough room to seat up to 200 guests.

BRIDAL SUITE
The second floor of our charming farmhouse serves as a bridal area. Complete with plenty of space to get ready, mirrors, outlets, comfortable seating. It's feminine charm and shabby chic decor is the perfect place for you and your maids to prepare for your big day.
GROOM'S Den
The Groom's Den is the perfect location for the gentlemen to dress, relax, and most importantly, stay out of the Bride's site! The Groom's Den is located in in the newly restored house. With a masculine feel, the men can take advantage of the dressing area, and lounge while staying comfortably hidden from the bridesmaids.
THE PASTURE
Our lawn ceremony option is a gorgeous site to showcase a perfect pairing of lush, sprawling green fields serving as a backdrop to our hundred year old twin Maple trees. Whether you choose to accentuate with an archway, or hang flowing fabric from the tree, you're sure to wow your guests with this fully customizable location.
HIDDEN MEADOW
Our name says it all. This location was found, quite accidentally with little help from Mother Nature. It truly is our hidden gem ceremony site. The Hidden Meadow Field location can accommodate from the largest of wedding parties to the most intimate. It's gorgeous shrubs and vines paired with the rustic barn give it a sophisticated and warm, rustic charm. Though it's crisp green tones are a stunning backdrop for a wedding in the spring and summer, the field turns magical in early autumn when the leaves turn warm and rich in color.
