Whitetail Acres is family-owned and operated by the Lucas Family. We understand how special weddings, birthdays, graduations, and other milestones are. We love putting smiles on the faces of all who plan with us. Whitetail Acres was created in 2020 with the ever-changing demands of weddings and wedding styles in mind. We strive to meet the needs of everyone who chooses Whitetail Acres to make their wedding or other event one that they will never forget. We have a team dedicated to turning a vision into a reality. We offer a wide variety of decor to choose from for any event with help from a decorator, if desired. Our vendor network is one that we are proud to have obtained and we work closely with each individual vendor to help your day go just right. Our capacity of 450, like none other, gives you the ability to have a larger guest list. Let us help you make your special event memorable.

This is our basic package, which include the venue rental for the day of from 8 am to 11:30 pm.

The Doe

The Doe is our middle package, which is fairly basic with a few additions. Exclusive use of the venue property on the day-of from 8 am to 11:30 pm.

The Buck

The Buck is our top tier package, which includes a two-day rental of the venue. The rental includes the day before your event beginning at 4 pm to 11:30 pm the day-of.

Whitetail Acres Wedding & Event Venue
I was excited to be their first bride and break in the new and upcoming wedding venue. They faced a heck of a challenge in getting the materials they needed for projects around the building due to COVID and worked long days to get it done in time. Ashley and Amanda were so kind and helpful through the entire process. Everything went smooth and I had the perfect day.
