The Main Barn, features 14k sq. ft. of white wood, exposed timber beams, and brick accents. Dance and dine in luxury with up to 350 guests under 35-ft. ceilings and shimmering chandeliers. The space is designed for a seamless event that flows from the ceremony beneath a customized pergola to the chic reception inside. The lounge area and large covered porch are perfect for a cocktail hour or break-out space. The vintage Dairy Barn is a beautifully renovated farmhouse that accommodates 45 people and sleeps 14. With a stylish kitchen and lounge, four bedrooms, two bar areas, a grooms party space, and a large deck with stunning views, it's the perfect accommodation for you and the wedding party. Spread across 14,000 square feet, the Main Barn offers many premium amenities to accommodate up to 350 guests. Within our Main Barn, you will discover a grand, open space of 35-foot ceilings, white wood, a brick accent wall, and exposed timber beams. Hanging elegantly over two spacious dance floors are a pair of twinkling crystal chandeliers, complimented by the abundance of natural sunlight soaring through a wall of windows.

The Dairy Barn

The perfect space, including luxury Groom’s area, gathering space for 45 people, including a kitchen, and bedrooms to sleep 14 people.

Unwind in our renovated Dairy Barn. Immerse yourself in a modern farmhouse vibe with rustic charm. Hardwood floors and original dairy barn features add character. The upstairs hay bale storage now houses a luxurious kitchen and lounge with tongue and groove paneling. The Dairy Barn spans 5k sq. ft. and offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 bars, grooms space, multiple sitting areas, and an upstairs lounge that leads to a spacious deck with stunning oak tree views.     Our Wedding Venue literally blew us away

    We made the right call with White Willow Meadows! The venue had everything we needed and more – all in one beautiful spot. No regrets whatsoever. Our coordinator, Tessa, absolutely crushed it from start to finish. From handling the logistics and every small detail to navigating the challenges of an outdoor ceremony in 60 mph winds, she was incredible throughout the entire day. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

    Perfect wedding venue

    This venue was absolutely perfect!! I knew having a February wedding would mean I needed a venue that had a beautiful indoor spot, and this place was so perfect. The staff was flexible, friendly, reliable, easy to get ahold of, and super helpful. We had the perfect day thanks to this venue and it's amazing staff.

    Best wedding venue!

    We are so happy we selected White Willow Meadows as our wedding venue. The space was perfect for an indoor ceremony and reception and we could not have picked a better spot. Our coordinator Tori was always on top of everything and really made sure the day flowed well. She is so detail oriented and helpful, and went above and beyond to make our day special. The venue has a beautiful, light, and luxurious feel, and everything went smoothly thanks to Tori's timely, professional communication. We truly couldn't be happier about how our wedding day turned out at White Willow Meadows!

    Beautiful Venue with fantastic staff

    White Willow Meadows provided us with a truly exceptional wedding experience. From the moment we started planning, their communication was fast, supportive, and always focused on problem-solving. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a luxurious and flexible space that allowed us to create our dream wedding. The staff went above and beyond on the day, helping us set up seamlessly and keeping everything running calmly. Our wedding coordinator, Tori, was a dream to work with - she made sure all of our other vendors were on track and supported me every step of the way. The Thursday and Friday night diary barn package was an amazing add-on that made our entire wedding weekend feel so special. We couldn't be happier with our choice of White Willow Meadows and highly recommend them to any couple planning their big day.

    Best wedding venue ever!

    White Willow Meadows was an absolute dream venue for our wedding. From the moment we inquired, the team was fast, efficient and incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions and guiding us through the planning process. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous, with stunning landscaping and well-maintained facilities. We received so many compliments about how beautiful our venue was. We loved having the option to host our ceremony in the beautiful gardens or covered patio. The on-site overnight lodging at the dairy barn was also a huge perk that we really enjoyed. The White Willow Meadows team was wonderful to work with and truly made our special day perfect in every way.
