About this venue

We invite you to watch our profile video to see why we're a Place Like Nowhere Else... The Havenstone is an 18 acre property that has been family owned for over 40 years. We've recently made this magical space available for limited engagements (weddings, photography, the arts & wellness). We're fully outdoor & specialize in "tent weddings" (ours or an outside vendor - we have no vendor restrictions). Our pricing is based upon number of guests, day of the week, season, & year. We do this to allow access for all budgets - if you feel connected to the Havenstone & can't imagine your wedding anywhere else, we want to remove any obstacles. For pricing, you'll use our propriety system (the "Customizer") to build & compare multiple variations of your day to dial-in pricing - & then compare them to our "Everything Package" (absolutely everything for an entire day). This is all easily & immediately accessible through a link to our homepage we will send if you request additional information.

Our primary event space is a pre-civil war sandstone quarry, simply known as "the Quarry." This is the feature that started it all, and it's what separates the Havenstone from everyone else. While there are many natural and staged features throughout our 18 acre property, the Quarry is the most unique, and offers a feeling and setting that you will not find anywhere else...

    The Best Choice!!

    The Havenstone was the perfect choice for our wedding venue. From the moment we first reached out, Mike and Victoria were attentive, accommodating, and quick to respond to all of our questions and needs. Their communication style put us at ease throughout the entire planning process. The property's natural beauty is truly unmatched - our guests were in awe of the stunning scenery and grounds. They were so helpful with walking us through the booking and planning, and even came to our rescue when we had a crisis with the food, letting us use their own microwave to heat it up. I can't say enough positive things about The Havenstone and Mike & Victoria. They are such amazing people, and made our special day truly unforgettable. Isabella&Adam

    Our Havenstone Wedding

    From the moment we booked The Havenstone for our wedding, Mike and Victoria were incredibly communicative, professional, and warm. They felt like family members, always going above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful - idyllic, intimate, and with stunning scenic views. Mike and Victoria were there for us every step of the way, even helping to transport our mother who has mobility issues. We adore them for their tireless efforts and for opening up their gorgeous property to us for our special day. The Havenstone is an absolute gem, and we cannot recommend them highly enough.

    A dream come true

    The Havenstone was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication style via email and text was prompt, professional, and personable. They were accommodating to our every request, no matter how big or small, and went above and beyond to ensure our special day was seamless. The venue itself was absolutely beautiful and incredibly versatile, with every detail thoughtfully pre-prepped to make the setup process a breeze. If I had to choose a wedding venue again, I would pick The Havenstone 100 times over. They truly helped make our wedding day the most magical and memorable celebration we could have hoped for.

Our Prime Season is from May thru September & we designate October as our Peak Season, due to the high demand and limited availability during the typical peak of fall colors
January thru April and then again in November and December.
It's complicated? The answer is 'yes', but: If you're serving alcohol to your guests, you MUST do so with a LICENSED bartender and they will need to provide us with proof of insurance. We also require an Alcohol Host provision to be added to your Day Of Liability Insurance Policy, on which we are listed as an Additionally Insured Party (this additional coverage provision is required whether you are serving alcohol or simply allowing your guests to bring their own).
Yes, we have accommodated weddings with over 300 guests without need for our overflow options. We provide parking attendants for the arrival period of every wedding to make sure your guests can easily find a spot.
We are entirely outdoor, so while we've made sure to eliminate steps and barriers to our main event areas, some might still require assistance depending upon the situation. The small quarry has an incline leading to its entrance, and this is the area that is most likely to require the help of someone pushing a wheelchair. Otherwise, we have #8 limestone drive areas that are typically compact enough to navigate without issue and grass areas that will require assistance depending upon the terrain.
Yes. We're fully insured, but that insurance doesn't protect you. We require all couples to have a Day-Of Liability Insurance Policy. We are then listed as an Additionally Insured Party on this policy - but the insurance is primarily coverage for YOU, and if you end up choosing a venue that doesn't require it, we still recommend the coverage. It's a safe, smart thing to do that is usually just a little over $100.
