We are Budget Friendly Bartender! My name is Monica, in 2024 my best friends and I decided to start our own business together! We started BFB as a way to help locals find a more budget friendly option to still include an amazing bar service! With over 15 years experience in bar and hospitality! We are entering our second full year in business and have expanded to all of Ohio and beyond! We look forward to chatting about your perfect day, and are happy to offer advice, even if you do not book with us!

We work with ANY budget! We understand that weddings can be astronomically expensive, and we want to ensure you are getting a premium experience at a fraction of the cost, usually this is so much easier than you would think! Cheers to love!

    The best bartenders in Ohio!

    Monica and her crew came to serve our house party for my daughter’s graduation! She was prompt and even took the time to make mocktails for the high school kids so they could enjoy the themed menu we created! 10/10 would recommend and we will be using her again for our family events!

NO! This is only an issue for outside Ohio, if you are getting married anywhere in the state we include travel free of charge!!
No. We do provide you with step by step instructions on how much you will need and even where we recommend purchasing from, this way you are able to stay on or below budget!
YES!! We love spending the time with you to build a custom menu that showcases your fun personalities!
Nope! We have done birthdays, bat mitzvahs, and even the occasional celebration of life! Anywhere there is alcohol being enjoyed, you can find us behind the bar ready to make the day special!
This is something we assist every client with, after your date is secured we can work on figuring out what your menu will look like and where to buy supplies! For an additional add-on quote we can do all the shopping for you (minus the alcohol)!
Well first we chat! I love to get to know you, even before booking, so we can get a feel for what your exact needs are for your perfect day! Then I answer any questions you may have about my services and only request a $100 (nonrefundable) deposit to secure your date, this also goes toward the final balance for your service!
