Twist of Fate is a women-owned, LGBTQIA+ inclusive mobile bar and dry hire bartending service serving the Greater Cleveland area. We specialize in thoughtfully designed bar experiences that feel intentional, seamless, and undeniably fun. As a dry hire service, you provide the alcohol—and we take care of the rest. From custom menus and batching prep to polished service and beautifully styled mobile bars, we create elevated experiences that flow effortlessly.

Our lineup includes a fully renovated 1971 Piaggio Ape tap bar imported from Italy, companion bar setups, and multi-bar layouts for larger events—so whether your celebration is intimate or high-energy, it feels curated, confident, and anything but ordinary.

    I'm a vendor who has worked with Heather to create a custom event bar menu. I was able to try her "Shark Bite" mocktail and let me tell you, it was INSANE. Her homemade grenadine is so tasty! I didn't have it with alcohol in it, but I can only imagine how good that would be too. She is a very caring, energetic vendor with a speedy response time and attention to detail. I highly recommend hiring her for your next event or wedding!

Absolutely! We believe everyone should enjoy a delicious drink, whether it’s spirited or not. We can craft custom mocktails that are just as flavorful and fun as our cocktails.
Absolutely. Twist of Fate is fully insured, giving you peace of mind when hiring us for your event. Our coverage includes general liability and liquor liability insurance to protect both our clients and our team, ensuring a safe and worry-free experience.
At Twist of Fate, gratuity is already included in the final price, ensuring there are no surprise costs or calculations at the end of your event. However, if you’d like to give your guests the option to show extra appreciation, you can opt-in for a tip jar at the event. This would be in addition to the included gratuity. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll accommodate accordingly.
No, we take responsible service very seriously. Twist of Fate strictly adheres to all state laws and regulations regarding alcohol service. We will not serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 21 and reserve the right to request identification from guests who appear underage. We are committed to creating a fun yet safe environment for all attendees.
For safety and service quality, we do not allow self-serve coolers of alcohol. All alcohol must be managed and served by our professional bartenders to ensure responsible service and compliance with Ohio state laws.
Yes, to secure your event date, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining payments are scheduled as follows: - 50% due 3 months before the event - Final 25% due 2 weeks before the event This payment structure allows us to prepare and staff your event effectively.
Your 25% deposit is non-refundable as it secures your event date and prevents us from booking other clients. Cancellation policy: More than 3 months before the event—full refund of additional payments (excluding deposit). Between 3 months and 2 weeks—50% refund of additional payments (excluding deposit). Less than 2 weeks—no refunds, as resources and staff will already be allocated. We understand cancellations happen and will do our best to reschedule if possible.
