Hi! My name is Andrea and I'm the owner and lead designer here at The Flower Petal! I've been in this industry for about 8 years and I absolutely love what I do. I would describe my design style as loose/organic with a mix of whimsical and romantic. I LOVE color and getting the chance to work with more unique color palettes is my absolute favorite thing!

We like to create looser, more organic designs and incorporate lots of texture and use unique, seasonal blooms from local flower farms! We also love working with rare flowers and atypical color palettes to set your wedding apart. We provide our brides with the following: -free consultations -unlimited changes up until final payment is due -mood boards -unlimited text communication

    My Dream Flowers

    I ordered my flowers here à la carte and everything turned out so amazing! So colorful and beautiful turned my raw space in Los Angeles into a dream! The pricing was so reasonable without any of the crazy minimums that a lot of the vendors require. I spent 3500 on flowers and focused on quality over quantity. I had a smaller wedding with 80 people and got a beautiful arch and bouquets for my small bridal party, and centerpieces. Beautifully beautifully done!

    Pretty flowers, poor communication

    The Flower Petal provided the flowers for our wedding, and while the end result was beautiful, the communication leading up to the big day was poor. Every email we sent required multiple follow-ups, and we even had to create a new inquiry on their website just to schedule a phone call to get in touch. That said, the flowers themselves were gorgeous. They created a stunning ceremony arch, small aisle bouquets, and beautiful handheld bouquets for the bridal party. However, the flowers did end up being a bit smaller than we had anticipated. Overall, the quality of their work was great, but the lack of responsive communication made the process stressful.

    Fantastic florist rooftop wedding

    Andrea was a fantastic florist for our rooftop wedding. The option for texting was really great and their online forms made the process easy. Reasonable prices and a straightforward process. Andrea made booking the florist, which I thought would be the most difficult vendor, a breeze. Their helpful pricing guide gave me lots of ideas for what I needed, and they provided a lot of flexibility for changes and updates right up until 3 weeks before the big day. Everything came together beautifully for our rooftop ceremony - the backdrop was phenomenal and they designed our aisle flowers to be repurposed at the reception too. Very highly experienced with lots of helpful advice and recommendations and the best way to make our budget work and give the most impact. I believe she said she did over 600 weddings and you could tell she was very knowledgeable about the industry. All around, andrea provided super straightforward and great value, with very little work or stress for me!

From our first interaction, their communication was great and efficient - they responded quickly to all of our questions and requests, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. On the day of the wedding, the quality of their work was truly perfect and beautiful. The bouquets, centerpieces, and other floral arrangements exceeded our expectations with their vibrant colors and elegant design. Our guests raved about how gorgeous the flowers looked. We were so pleased with The Flower Petal and would highly recommend them to any couple planning their wedding.
