Hi, I’m Cassidy the owner of Petals and Silks. My love for weddings started young, I blame The Wedding Planner, lol, and it’s grown into a passion for crafting unforgettable moments. I bring wedding dreams to life through floral design, coordination, and full-service planning that’s intentional, personal, and fun. My couples trust me because I listen, connect, and care; from the first chat to the last dance. I believe in honest communication, inclusivity, and collaboration. I do not have a minimum requirement to purchase flowers for your wedding day. ​With Petals and Silks, you’re not just hiring a florist or a coordinator, you’re gaining a partner dedicated to making your wedding day seamless, stunning, and uniquely yours, creating weddings that truly bloom beyond the bouquet.

    Wonderful coordinator

    Our Wedding Lifesaver

    Cassidy was the absolute best vendor of our entire wedding! She handled the florals and coordination, and was an absolute rockstar. She is a wonderful communicator, and we felt like we were in capable hands the entire time. She worked hard to make our vision come to life, and we felt so cared for on our big day knowing she was keeping track of all the details. We can't recommend Cassidy enough - a great florist and coordinator and an even better person. She also got stung by a hornet and powered through anyways!! Like I said, rockstar!

    Bride

    Cassidy is the absolute best! She responds super quick and scheduled a call with me months in advance to understand what I wanted. Then when it came time to ordering flowers for the big day, yet again, she was super responsive and genuinely so easy to talk to! She was understanding & truly made my life easier! She also made a cute flower collar for my dog, who was a bridesmaid 3 Thank you Cassidy for everything!

    Amazing!

I provide floral design, wedding coordination, and event planning for social and corporate occasions.
We do not have a minimum spend for wedding florals. We also offer a wedding packages starting at $750 with pre-selected flower types and quantities.
We offer delivery, setup, and breakdown services within a 100 mile radius of Columbus, OH. Since many weddings require a professional set up, we charge a combined fee for event installation, setup, tear down, strike, and delivery/transportation. This fee will never exceed $300 and is based on your location. There may be additional fees for additional staff and 8% sales tax applies to all floral arrangements whether it's pick up or delivery.
Consultations last approximately 30 minutes but can take up to 1 hour for larger weddings. Please come prepared with details about your wedding like your budget and style, as well as any inspiration you have for your wedding flowers. This can include images of your venue, photos of your wedding attire, fabric swatches, your color palette, photos from social media, and more. If you have a pinterest board, please share it! The more information and ideas you provide, the better we can assist you. After your consultation, we will draw up a proposal with prices and email it to you.
Yes, we offer breakdown services along with delivery, set up, and flower transfer from the ceremony to the reception.
It’s never too early to get in touch about your wedding, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. For example: Have you selected the location for your ceremony and/or reception? What’s your wedding style? Do you know how many guests you’ll be expecting? Typically, our couples reach out around 6 to 8 months before their big day.
During your consultation, we will go over all the gorgeous in-season floral offerings available for your wedding date. We love supporting local growers and regional flowers and greenery, but some flowers will probably be imported depending on if there are particular flowers you are looking for.
Sorry, we do not offer flower preservation. However, we’re happy to recommend a few local vendors who provide this service. Just let us know.

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to your event. This ensures your date, design, and resources are exclusively reserved for you.
Absolutely. I love incorporating meaningful blooms and intentional colors into your designs. While availability depends on seasonality, I will source the best possible options and provide elegant alternatives if a particular flower is unavailable.
Yes. I travel for weddings and events throughout Ohio, and I am delighted to discuss destination weddings and elopements worldwide.

Yes. Every client receives a detailed contract outlining services, payment terms, and cancellation policies to ensure complete transparency. Retainers are non-refundable, and full cancellation details are clearly stated in your agreement.
