I am an event coordinator/ florist who has been doing independent work for over a decade. I began in event planning and quickly started doing florals to help my clients get exactly the look they want. It turns out I loved it! From there I began taking referrals only and have recently begun taking a more formal route.

My hope is to have every couple get exactly what they are hoping no matter the budget. This means most of my work is fully flexible and customizable. I love getting to work with clients to find what works for them to make the perfect day! I also LOVE a big moment, and love achieving not just the perfect bouquet or tablescape but installations as well. From classic to creative- I love doing it all!

Alyssa Schlegel, the wedding florist, was an absolute pleasure to work with. From the very beginning, her communication was exceptional - she responded to my messages and questions lightning fast, and really took the time to understand my vision for the flowers, even when I struggled to fully articulate it. The end result was beyond my wildest dreams - I have received so many compliments about the flowers she provided, which blossomed beautifully and looked incredible. Alyssa even went above and beyond, traveling to me and helping put together an additional bouquet when my sister from Guam surprised me and joined my bridesmaids. I would hire Alyssa again in a heartbeat and give her a 10/10 for her incredible service and stunning work.

Where to begin. I’ve been to a ton of weddings, including those with far larger budgets than ours, and nothing compared to how beautiful Alyssa made our flowers look on our wedding day. They were absolutely stunning and she captured our English countryside theme perfectly. I know nothing about flowers and therefore didn’t have she greatest idea of what I wanted, but she made it so easy and nailed it. Just incredible. Also so friendly and easy to work with. I can’t wait to see the final pictures!! Thank you!!!

Alyssa Schlegel was phenomenal to work with for our wedding. Her communication throughout the planning process was open, clear, and always positive. The floral arrangements she created for our ceremony and reception were simply breathtaking - it truly felt like we had been transported to an enchanted forest. Alyssa also took on the role of day-of coordinator, which was invaluable and allowed us to fully enjoy our special day without any stress. The quality of her work was magnificent, and the value she provided was more extremely reasonable. We cannot recommend Alyssa Schlegel Floral highly enough to any couple planning their wedding.

Alyssa has such an eye for design and themes. She did the flowers for my winter wedding and did the most beautiful arrangements that complimented the season and colors of my wedding. She always goes above and beyond and is the epitome of kindness.
