Description

Experience a memorable coffee bar for your wedding with Zeal Coffee’s mobile espresso cart! This 2-3 hour package includes two baristas, hot & iced espresso drinks, two house-made syrups, "His & Hers" signature drinks, and freshly roasted Zeal Coffee beans. Non-dairy milk options are included. Enhance your day with add-ons like personalized signs, stickers, party favors, or bottled lattes. Package Pricing: $6 per person + $350 service/travel fee.

    Zeal Coffee Co. played a vital part in making our wedding day a success. Their excellent coffee is truly the best you can find, but what stood out most was their warmth, professionalism, and the genuine love and compassion they shared with each guest. I had countless people come up to me throughout the day raving about how delicious the coffee was, but more importantly, how kind and caring the Zeal team was. As a family-owned business, they made everyone feel like part of their own family with every cup they served. One of my top priorities was ensuring my guests felt taken care of and appreciated, and Zeal exceeded those expectations in every way.     Zeal Coffee was a HIT at our wedding!

    We had zeal coffee at our wedding and it was a HIT! My fiancé and I are big coffee people and so finding a coffee cart was really important to us. I was so happy when I stumbled across zeal at a local farmers market. Their beans are incredible and the fact that they make all their syrups in house truly makes a world of difference in the taste of every drink. Couldn’t recommend them more!!

    I cannot recommend Zeal Coffee enough! From the beginning you’re greeted with warmth and a sense of community. Their coffee is absolutely incredible—rich, smooth, and crafted to perfection. The perfect addition to any event and they deliver every time. The attention to detail in everything, from the beans they source to the care they put into every cup, is unmatched. It’s the best I’ve had! Beyond the coffee, Bianca and Omaly are welcoming and create the perfect experience.

Yes, we do! While we don’t have a brick-and-mortar location, we host pop-ups where brides and grooms can sample our coffee and experience the quality of our drinks firsthand. We’ll let you know when and where our next pop-up will be so you can join us!
Typically, we meet twice. The first meeting is for you to try our coffee, and the second is to finalize all event details. These meetings can be done in person, over the phone, or via a virtual call—whatever works best for you!
We’re pretty flexible, but to ensure your date is available, we recommend booking 3-6 months in advance. If your event is sooner, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate!
Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due one week before the event.
Yes, we bring all necessary equipment, including our mobile espresso cart, and require minimal setup space.
We bring our own water and only require access to an electrical outlet. Our setup typically includes an espresso machine, grinder, and cart hub, which together require around 15-20 amps of power. We recommend being near a 20-amp outlet to avoid overloading the circuit. If your venue has limited power options, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary adjustments.
Setup takes approximately 30-45 minutes before service begins.
With two baristas, we can serve up to 50-60 drinks per hour.
Yes, we offer non-dairy and nut-free options, and our team takes care to handle dietary needs with attention.
