I am the owner and founder of Events and Roses, a wedding planning small-business based in Cleveland, Ohio. From the little details to the big emotions, I knew I had found my calling when I jumped into wedding planning. With a passion for organization, creativity, and keeping the planning process stress-free, I’m here to bring your vision to life!

Description	This package is designed for couples who want a stress-free, fully guided planning experience from start to finish. From your first venue tour to the last dance, I’ll be with you every step of the way. Keeping things organized, on schedule, and aligned with your vision. I’ll manage vendor communication, budget tracking, design direction, timelines, logistics, and all the in-between details that make your day feel seamless.	When you’re realizing you’d love some extra support to pull it all together. With Partial Planning, I help you fill in the gaps, stay on track, and bring clarity to the details. From vendor referrals to design advice and timeline creation, I’m here to guide you through the process and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll still make the big decisions... I’ll just make it all easier!	With Month of Management, I step in 6-8 weeks before your wedding to finalize timelines, confirm vendors, and take over all logistics on the big day. When your wedding day arrives, you don’t have to worry about anything. I’ll handle the details, from setting up décor to managing the timeline so you can be fully present, soak up every moment, and celebrate stress-free!

May 2026 Wedding
We hired Estelle as a month-of coordinator for our May 2026 wedding and could not be happier with all of her help. She scheduled several meetings with us, starting approximately 3-months before the wedding (she is very proactive!), making sure to understand our vision, doing a deep dive into our timeline, and then making sure she was on top of any last minute details. In between these meetings, she created and distributed vendor-specific timelines, communicated with vendors to make sure they understood our vision, and worked very closely with our reception venue to make sure everything would be ready. The day of the wedding Estelle & her assistant worked tirelessly to make sure that we stayed on schedule. She worked with our photographers to make sure that portraits were completed quickly and efficiently, then made sure that the church was cleared out to make the rest of the pictures easier. Throughout the night she could be seen talking to the waitstaff, the DJ, the photographers, and the venue owner; I don’t even know everything that she did for us that night, but that is exactly what you want from a day-of coordinator! After the reception, she even drove us to our hotel for the evening. She truly went above and beyond, and we are so appreciative for everything she did. I don’t know how anyone can have a wedding, and have it pass by stress-free, without having someone like Estelle.
