Congratulations, I am so excited that life has brought you here! My name is Katie, I look forward to helping you find that your life is a little less stressful with me by your side. I have not only helped plan weddings for years now, but I have also been in countless (I may have a case of ‘always a bridesmaid, never a bride‘, but who’s to say for sure). I fell completely in love with all aspects of providing a special day for all to enjoy. I have worked hard to create a team that stands next to me with planning your dream day. I'm excited to learn more about your plans and help execute your vision.

I pride myself in being completely transparent with all of my clientele and it is my mission to cultivate a positive, stress free experience from the moment we meet to the conclusion of the event. I do my best to help you remember wedding planning doesn't have to always be stressful. I will be there to remind you the whole reason you are doing this; love.

Description

From saying “Yes” to “I do”, we’ll be there for you! Let us find the perfect fit for you. From the venue, to decor, vendors and all the in-betweens we will have you covered. We will learn your wants and needs, what’s most important to you, letting you decide your budget and helping you stick to it. When the wedding day comes, you will have our wedding management team be there to ensure everything is as perfect as possible.

We will handle greeting/directing vendors, setting up your personal decor items, greeting and directing guests, communicating with the caterer, coordinating timing with photographers, running and managing timelines, trouble-shooting, cueing musicians, lining up wedding party, steaming wrinkled linens, setting up place cards, wrangling the wedding party, pinning boutonnieres, review timing with the catering captain.
