“DJ Trey, DJ Preston, and Nina were a delight to work with. They communicated SO well and are very experienced and professional. They took everything we put in our planning sheet and executed it perfectly. We had an outdoor ceremony, a separate outdoor dance floor, a photobooth, and an indoor hall where we needed microphones for speeches and DJ Preston handled and set up all of those setting flawlessly, giving us exactly what we needed. We were so impressed with DJ Preston’s ability to keep the dance floor going (our top priority) and LOVED the energy he brought to both the MCing and the playlist. “Sean from North Georgia Weddings and Events was great to work with for our wedding! I had already booked a DJ, but was specifically looking for a company that would be able to provide cold spark machines for our first dance and our grand exit. I said I wanted as many as he could provide for both of those moments and he was able to use eight total machines (four on each side). The layout of them was perfect and made for some fantastic photos and videos. Sean also asked what the first dance song was ahead of time so he would know the piece of music and could then time the start of the cold spark machines with the first chorus of the song for a more dramatic effect. The crowd was shocked and amazed when they went off during our first dance and the timing was perfect! Sean was able to make the vision I dreamed about come to life and I could not be happier with how it was executed! He was easy to get in touch with and very communicative leading up to the event and the day of the event to make sure the timing for everything would work out. I would highly recommend Sean and North Georgia Weddings and Events to elevate the look of your event!!”

“My husband and I used Direct Entertainment for our DJ and videographer for our wedding and we could not be more pleased!! The team was professional, great at communication, very kind and professional, and they helped make our day absolutely perfect! Jeff, our DJ kept the dance floor alive ALL NIGHT!! When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job! We have not yet received our video as our wedding was less than 2 weeks ago, but I already know it is going to be amazing. He was so great with communication, was prompt with his timing, and he even set up a second camera for guests to break away and give us well wishes for our marriage, which I'm so excited to watch back. He was very professional and wonderful to work with. We decided to add videography at the last minute because we thought we might regret not having it, and I am SO happy we asked Jim at Direct Entertainment if they had someone available for our day just a month before, and they did!! Jim, the coordinator at Direct Entertainment frequently checked in with us, asked us questions about ourselves, and genuinely made us feel like he cared about us and our special day. He was great to work with leading up to being assigned our designated DJ and videographer, and even after, he checked in to make sure we were happy and that all of the planning was going well. Overall, we would 1000% recommend Direct Entertainment for any wedding entertainment needs! “Overall, we had a good experience with our DJ. He arrived on time, was professional throughout the evening, and kept our guests on the dance floor for most of the night. The music flowed well, and everyone seemed to have a great time. That said, I did spend a lot of time carefully selecting songs that were meaningful to us, and I was a little disappointed that many of those selections weren't played. Some of our requested songs were included, but I had hoped more of our playlist would be incorporated into the evening. The only other issue was that, just before our grand exit, he approached us to mention that he hadn't received enough food. We had paid for a vendor meal for him, so I wasn't sure what had happened, and it didn't feel like the best time to bring it up while we were in the middle of such a special moment. Despite those concerns, he was friendly, punctual, and our guests clearly enjoyed themselves. If having a lively dance floor is your top priority, he does a good job creating a fun atmosphere.”

“I would highly recommend this band! It was so easy to work with them, so many different options to choose from and flexibility with what we could have in a band, and the people we worked with throughout are so personable! We worked with David during our wedding planning, and he was amazing! He was patient, kind, creative, and very experienced! He was very responsive, and him and the band was able to accommodate our last minute additions/changes! On the day of, the band was truly amazing! We gave minimal instructions but once we arrived, the band & MC were already set up and playing. They were professional, and knew exactly what to do & integrated well with our other vendors! The MC (who was also one of the singers) was also perfect and was able to transition different parts of our day seamlessly, and was clearly experienced with these events. The music choices were tailored during the planning process, and we loved the music that they played, and the way they played it!
