I grew up in Lindenhurst, New York and had my first photography exhibit at the Lindenhurst Library. When I was in High School, my father worked for the airlines, so I got to travel the world taking pictures. I displayed them at the library and was hooked. I’ve been a professional wedding and portrait photographer since 1985.

Gelfman Photography is a boutique studio that’s led by Matt and Lesley—newlyweds as of December 2023—who both have their Bachelor's in Photography and over ten years of experience in portrait and event work. Wedding photography is a very personal and vulnerable thing. You’re letting newcomers into the innermost circle of one of the biggest days of your life! We strongly feel that your photographers shouldn’t be nameless technicians that were just “assigned” to you. You should be comfortable with them as you would be with friends and feel safe in knowing they’re well-versed in the things that mean the most to you on your big day.

Hi! My name is Nas :) I fell in love with photography at just 10 years old, when I picked up one of my dad's cameras and instantly connected with the art of capturing life. That same passion today drives my work as a documentary-style photographer. I focus on the raw, candid, and fleeting moments. The ones that may go unnoticed, but can mean the most.

I never lose sight of the happy couple in the big crowd. Authentic meets relaxed and intimate, yet captures all the feels. I ONLY shoot couples and weddings. I believe in the phrase " do one thing, and do it really well"

I am a Long Island based Wedding & Portrait Photographer that loves a good adventure. I'm the guy who just truly enjoys being behind a camera. I definitely think I got into photography because my Mom always was behind a camera. Most of the time she was the team Mom, and was frequently seen on the sidelines snapping photos of everything she could. It was her interest in photography that led me to appreciate what it takes to create a beautiful photograph.

I’ve always been a sun chaser, edit all nighter, “Look at the sky” type of person! Photoshoots can seem scary. I can assure you’ll feel comfortable with me being your photographer once I fill you in on a few things about me. Yes, I’m a dog person, my dog is my soul sister. Forget high heels, I’d rather be barefoot. Cozy wine nights over clubbing. Forever not a morning person. Bubble baths and Netflix. Tacos for dinner..again. Sweatpants all winter. Full of dad jokes. Sundays are for Shameless. I’m on the creative right side of the brain, laughing at everything gal!

Over the past ten years, we have photographed 1,000's of weddings in almost every catering hall on Long Island. Our team of professional wedding photographers are fun and outgoing. YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE THE LOTUS EXPERIENCE.

Our relationship is the driving force behind our work and lives. In the past we have worked with some of New York's leading wedding studios. During this time we felt something was missing. Let the couples be who they are in the most 'vero' way possible. We want our couples to tell us their story. To share with us their most authentic moments. We are so happy that our work has brought you here and more than anything else, hope it makes you feel something. We firmly believe that when it comes to picking a studio for your special day it needs to be a right fit for you.

At EXO Photography, we believe your wedding deserves more than beautiful photos—it deserves an unforgettable experience. For over a decade, we've been documenting weddings with a blend of timeless imagery, genuine moments, and thoughtful guidance that allows our couples to truly enjoy their day. From quiet, emotional moments to the biggest celebrations, we're there to capture it all with intention. Our goal is simple: create photographs and films that bring you right back to how your wedding felt, every time you look at them.

We started out as a team of street photographers roaming NYC on a daily/nightly basis with a goal of making a name for ourselves. Christopher George photography was created due to the fact that during lockdown, people still requested photographers for small, social distanced, backyard weddings and we filled that niche. Having done a few of these weddings, we decided this was the route that we wanted to take our photography journey. Today, we are in our first full year of wedding photography and have secured a small amount for the year but are anxious to create more memories for happy couples. We capture FOREVER moments...

If you are sentimental. If you have a 'life box' with memories. If the little things in life make you happy. If a picture makes you feel more than you see. If you are a fan of Etsy and Pinterest. If you enjoy the benefits of technology, but can appreciate a good book, with real pages...or a thank you note that's handwritten. If being different matters. If your wedding day is more about your marriage and the people who got you there than the actual day itself, then we may be a good fit! Here...it will never be a transaction. It's personal.

When Andrew and Kathy were photojournalist their thief was story telling. As they got married and started a family, the focus shifted to their children and the couple used their creativity to tell a new story – first steps, trips to the park, birthdays. Soon, Andrew and Kathy began helping other couples tell their own stories, of engagements and weddings, babies and anniversaries. Those stories built the foundation of Yellow House Images. Today, Yellow House remains a family-run business but the family has grown.
