Lauren was instrumental in solidifying our timeline and ironing out all the details. She kept everyone in line at the rehearsal and ensured our wedding day went off without a hitch, all while being incredibly friendly and fun. On the big day, there was a chance of rain before the outdoor ceremony. Lauren knew how important it was to me to keep the ceremony outside, and she managed the situation with such grace. She had both indoor and outdoor setups ready in case a last-minute change was needed. By the grace of God, it didn’t rain, but Lauren’s calm demeanor and preparedness kept me at ease. Overall, Lauren went above and beyond for us. If you want a smooth, stress-free wedding, beautiful decor setup, a structured and organized coordinator, and a supportive friend along the way, you should absolutely hire her. 10/10!

My only wedding regret was not hiring Angie sooner and having her handle all the planning. I engaged her for day of coordinator and bridal valet services, but she was there for me through the entire process, always going above and beyond for every small detail. Even when my husband cut his foot while stomping on the glass during our Jewish ceremony, there was Angie helping to bandage him up and, somehow, seamlessly coordinated the table set up during the cocktail hour at the same time. Planning a small destination wedding in Key West from Tennessee felt overwhelming, especially with a short timeline and tight budget. But from the moment I found Lynn, everything changed. Brittany was an awesome day-of coordinator! If we had to go back and do it again, Brittany would be one of the first people we would call. She brought a much needed calm, conscientious, and confident presence to give us the perfect day. She was around every step of the way to understand the big-picture and minute-by-minute logistics. She helped us create our timeline, wrangle and align all the vendors, and stayed in close contact with everybody to keep the event going the exact way we imagined. When small issues would emerge, she handled them with ease and speed. When we ran behind schedule, she was reassuring and did a great job helping us prioritize what we needed to do. She was also incredibly hospitable and thoughtful – she even brought us a plate of appetizers since we were doing photos during our cocktail hour! The last thing I wanted to say is that Brittany was actually our SECOND day-of coordinator, because we had to fire our first one. Maybe that means we have high standards? I don’t know.
