    We planned a small destination wedding in Florida and worked with Ideal Events for coordination. Planning from out of state was stressful at times, but having someone local who knew how things worked was really helpful. On the wedding day, everything was handled and we didn’t have to think about timelines or vendors at all. It made the day feel relaxed and enjoyable. Very grateful we had them.

    We hired Lana at Ideal Events as our wedding coordinator and it was honestly one of the best decisions we made. I didn’t realize how many little things needed to be handled on the wedding day until we had someone managing it all for us. She kept everything moving, communicated with our vendors, and made sure we stayed on schedule without making anything feel rushed. It allowed us to actually enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about logistics. I loved her creativity and honest and calm approach to planning and the fact that she offered prewedding consultations and venue walkthrough to ensure we did not miss anything. If you’re on the fence about hiring a coordinator, do it - and if you’re getting married in Miami or planning a destination wedding in Florida, I highly recommend Ideal Events.
