I am from a Persian background, and I wanted to have an American wedding while also implementing my culture. From the moment that I spoke with Marty, I knew he was the perfect DJ for our wedding. He has a calming and reassuring energy that not only assured me we could get any type of music we like, but he helped me plan my entire timeline. Every single time I had a concern, he would have a solution. He used an app that allowed me to add the music I wanted, including Persian music. At our walk-through, he worked with our other vendors to make sure the layout was perfect for us on our wedding day. Then finally on the wedding day we got to see how great he really is. He was checking in and helping keep us on schedule. When we got to the dance floor he mixed Persian music with American songs so perfectly that there was not a single person sitting down. It was so awesome seeing all of my relatives and all of my husband’s family dance together. And there is no way this could have been possible without Marty Nightengale! “We hired Bunn DJ Company Virginia to DJ our 150-guest wedding. Frank was our DJ, and he did a wonderful job all day helping us to curate several different vibes for different parts of the evening. The online tools from Bunn DJ made curating and sharing a playlist of our favorite songs as well as what songs to use where (first dance, wedding party introductions, last dance, etc) a breeze as well as very user friendly. Frank was a great MC, and got 150 guests wrangled to several different rooms throughout the night between cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing (all in different parts of our venue)! He did a great job balancing songs for different age groups as well as when to let songs play out longer or mix into the next song more quickly if the crowd was not into it. He is a big reason our dance floor was packed all night long! We were very happy with Bunn DJ Company Virginia’s services and specifically Frank’s skill as a DJ. Also, if it is within your budget, get the club cannons. Firing those off on our dancefloor was pure electricity for the energy on the dancefloor!”

Planning a wedding is stressful but during our first initial meet through Zoom I was immediately put at ease. Second, booking her was extremely easy and fairly priced. Thirdly, she was on time and I balled my eyes out walking down the aisle to beauty and the beast. I've never heard the harp in person and it was an experience I will never forget. “It was meant to be for us to have Sam be the DJ at our nerdy chic wedding. On a sheer whim, we emailed him when it was clear our original plan of "oh we'll just make a few playlists" was absolutely not going to happen. Only 6 weeks out, and he was free on our date *and* had played the venue before! Fast-tracked our consult meetings, worked with us on our timeline for our very short ceremony and reception and overall had great tips and tricks. There were one or two moments during the wedding that were maybe hiccups (including me kicking the plugs out!) but he rolled with it, we rolled with it. He's so personable, everyone loved him - we're all transplants from NJ/ NY and turns out he's practically related to at least one of my family. For sure, would recommend him!”

When the music had to stop at the end of the night, the dance floor was still completely full and no one wanted it to end. He did a great job announcing the events of the night, made sure that our ceremony music was perfect, and he stuck to our wedding playlist with the exception for a couple guest requests (which we were happy to allow). We were so happy and thankful to have Jeff there! Sie, our videographer also did a wonderful job!
