“All couples need Dana and her team with Thyme & Details for their big day. We hired Dana as a day of coordinator but she is so much more than that. She went to countless vendor meeting and kept track of all of my overly detailed instructions to make sure each piece of our day (timeline, vendor contracts, etc) worked with those details. When the venue dropped the ball, others got details wrong, or vendors fell through, Dana was always a step ahead and came up with even better solutions than our original plans. “Ainka and Kali were so helpful with my day of coordination at the St Clair Inn this October. While my family was getting hair and makeup done they had their crew on the ball making sure the florist, venue, and final details all came together. This allowed my family and I to relax, enjoy the morning, and make the most of our time together. They also helped to gather all our items and get them stored while allowing the family to focus on making more memories or getting to bed after the event wrapped. Leading up to the event, Ainka was a rock star in helping check in on our planning progress at regular intervals and providing guidance from her experience. From ceremony flow to table layout to place settings, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing the day of and were able to just enjoy our wedding day! If you want it done, she will coordinate it and go above and beyond. We also had Chive cater our wedding and it was absolutely incredible!! Guests are still telling me months later how much they enjoyed the food. Suzy put together a personalized menu for us and knocked it out of the park. She also had lots of options as far as service (buffet, family style, or plated), so it really is a completely customizable experience! Thank you Suzy and Chive team. “We hired Michelle Knutson for our November 2025 Palm Springs wedding and truly could not be happier with our experience. We had a fairly small event, so we went with the day-of-coordinator package. Michelle truly went above and beyond just the day-of coordinating. She coordinated a couple intros zooms, got in touch with our venue and all of our vendors beforehand and brought us solutions when we realized we were going to be rained on. The day of she was a straight shooter - direct and ran a tight ship. But she was also warm, friendly and upbeat. Her assistant even took care of my dog for me and made sure he was fed and walked! We are forever grateful to her and her team for making our day so special. 10/10 recommend!”
