Hi! I’m Kaeli—a people-pleaser with a big heart and a love for romance, sunsets, cheese, wine, and bringing people together. I founded Luna Soirée Events in 2008 to turn my passion for hosting “little soirées” into unforgettable, story-driven celebrations. With over 15 years of experience, I design weddings that reflect each couple’s unique style and love story. When I’m not planning, you’ll find me at Pilates, enjoying downtown Ann Arbor, or singing along with my daughter to Hamilton.

As event designers, we curate breathtaking events that truly reflect your style, personality, and unique relationship. As planners, we bring 10+ years of event production expertise, and a full heart, into each event - from our first conversation, to your celebration day, earning your trust, confidence and friendship, along the way. As modern romantics, we believe in setting the mood - creating an aesthetic that is warm, inviting, and filled with the vibrations that bring people together in joy and love.

| Description | Our Full-Service Planning, Design, and Event Production package offers everything in the Soirée Forte Collection plus unlimited communication, monthly meetings, personalized budget management, a custom wedding website, vendor sourcing and contract facilitation, gift bag assembly, detailed timelines, and full day-of coordination. Optional weekend coverage includes rehearsal dinners, welcome events, and brunch. | Our Partial Planning, Design, and Event Production package includes everything in the Soirée Du Jour Collection plus a mock-up meeting, major rental acquisition with vendor discounts, and personalized vendor team building for catering, florals, photography, and entertainment. We also manage guest accommodations, transportation logistics, and provide up to 12 hours of upgraded day-of event management. |

Our wedding weekend was absolutely perfect and beyond what we could have expected. Everything came together so beautifully, and all the vendors Kaeli and her team recommended were incredible. Throughout the entire planning process, Kaeli listened to our ideas and worked to make it happen. When we were busy, Kaeli met with vendors on our behalf and included us whenever we requested. Our wedding was at a rustic camp that brought lots of logistical challenges, and Kaeli and her team were able to work through all of them and make the weekend sophisticated and stress-free.
