The Royal Oak Farmers Market is a purist Michigan market. We strive to offer the freshest local produce direct from the growers. We have both certified organic and sustainable farmers. Lake Lucy Event Venue offers 140 acres of land with an 80 acre private lake encompassed on the property. There are many well maintained walking trails, plenty of open space and beautiful scenery. There is an option to bring the bridal party on a hay wagon, which makes for some pretty cool pictures. Both the bridal party and the grooms party can opt to get ready in a beautiful log home; usually the bridal party gets ready in the fully finished walkout basement, and the grooms party on main floor. We are located within 5 miles of Wixom, which offers many hotel options. There is currently no structures in the wedding venue area, but have started construction on a pavilion for the 2024 season. It is run by a husband and wife who want your big day to be every bit as special as their own. They are the third generation of caretakers and take pride in preserving the natural beauty of the area. The quarry, as their family affectionately calls it, is the property's crown jewel. You can choose from three stunning sites for your ceremony, The Glade, The Orchard, or Under The Oak. Then, you can join over 300 guests for a reception. This setup will allow you to soak up the landscape while celebrating with your loved ones. The base package includes tables, chairs, a tent as well as setup and teardown. Use of the grounds for your rehearsal and engagement photos are subject to availability. Outside vendors are welcome for catering and any additional services you may need.

Built-in 1848, the wedding barn was originally a working farm, used as a hay and milking barn on the Briggs family 500-acre farm. Once the family moved on, however, the property slowly fell into disrepair, including the barn. Luckily, right away Joel had an amazing vision for what could be the ideal spot, he saw the potential like no other for a unique Irish Hills Wedding location and was happy to buy the property in 2017. Since then, many hours and much effort have gone into creating the perfect space for weddings. As one of Michigan’s Premier Wedding Venues, this venue is a great choice!

Lafayette Greens is a green space and urban garden in the heart of downtown Detroit, next door to the famous Coney Islands and across the street from the fabulous Westin Book Cadillac Hotel. It was originally named the Players Riverboat Casino II and was built in Jennings, Louisiana in 1993. It ran as a Merv Griffin establishment for a number of years, located on the Mississippi River in Metropolis, Illinois.
