The Station at Michigan Central is one of Detroit's most iconic locations. The meticulously restored 1913 Beaux Arts former train station offers jaw-dropping architecture that fuses history with modern innovation. It's an extraordinary setting for high-production experiences and unforgettable gatherings. It’s a place where the past and future converge, creating an atmosphere unlike any other for your big day. Our neighboring building, Newlab Detroit at Michigan Central offers modern, industrial-loft inspired spaces and a rooftop with spectacular views of downtown Detroit, two international bridges over the Detroit river, and The Station.

Michigan Central Made My Celebration Unforgettable
My retirement and graduation celebration at Michigan Central was truly an unforgettable experience. The venue was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect backdrop for celebrating two major milestones in my life: retiring after more than 35 years in corporate leadership and earning my PhD. From the moment my guests arrived, the atmosphere felt special. Michigan Central beautifully combines Detroit’s history, transformation, innovation, and future, which made the location especially meaningful for this new chapter in my life. The space was elegant, impressive, and memorable, and my family, friends, colleagues, and guests are still talking about how beautiful the celebration was. Mya Robinson and her team were absolutely amazing from day one.
